In the spring of 2011, my husband and I decided that we wanted to finish our 800 sq foot unfinished basement.   After interviewing several contractors for the job, we decided to to hire Byblos Home Improvement for several reasons.  For one, Mr. Maalouf was very budget conscientious.  We told him how much money we  were working with and he was able to give us the basement we wanted.  Plus, he added in a few extras.  For instance, our original plan was to have a half bathroom in the basement.  But, due to our limited budget, this was not possible. However, Mr. Maalouf, told us he would frame the half bath for us and include electrical, so that when we were ready to complete the half bath, this work would already be done.
 
 Mr. Maalouf worked quickly and did most of the work himself.  He also made sure everything was done to code and had it inspected by the County.  Furthermore, there were times when neither my husband and I could not be home when the work was being completed and Mr. Maalouf worked as if we had been there all day.

I like everything about them.  He was punctual and professional.  We had recommended them to our co-workers.

They were excellent.  They built some custom cabinets for me.  They were professional, thorough, and punctual.  I would use their services again and would highly recommend them to others.
