Customer service was great. Chris Fillippelili came and gave us a quote on painting and some trim repair. They were prompt, clean and professional. The job was done within the time frame and came out fantastic. We will definitely give them our business in the future.

Popular Painting did a great job on our new single family house. Hired them because they are local and we had a small 2 week window to get the house done between closing and move in. Showed up on time to provide the quote and gave an honest assessment during the walkthrough. They spackled, caulked, painted, and installed drywall on damaged ceilings in the entire interior of a large house including attic in about a week's time and met our tight deadline. Also agreed to come back and do touchups after move in/ electrical as part of quote and left plenty of extra paint. Highly recommended.

Workers ruined finish on hardwood floors when cleaning up residue on floor. Owner was accommodating, and was willing to compensate a portion of refinishing cost. Closer inspection of work found wallpaper residue on molding and floor still remaining after work was completed. First day was great because owner was onsite, second day was when we found ruined finish of floors.

Owen and Chris did a very good job with multiple deep colors in my living room and dining room. They were easy to communicate with, very polite and amazingly quiet to have around the house. They cleaned up each day so we could live in the rooms in the evenings. I wished they had been a little more fastidious about covering my furniture to keep out the dust, but when I requested more plastic, they responded immediately. Their price was right in the middle of the range. I've asked them for an estimate to do my exterior next spring.

So far Owen has been on time, attentive and detail oriented. He came in and started fixing the MANY problems left by other, less qualified painters. He is even doing things he didn't mention and really going above and beyond what we asked for which is great. We received other quotes and found his the most reasonable considering the amount of work he is doing. Would recommend to anyone looking.

this job was for a rental property. I have not seen the work but the tenant was pleased. The price seemed reasonable and Chris followed through with everything.

I was nervous after a bad paint job done on my house by another painter just a few years earlier where it all peeled after one winter.
