Edilson is the owner: an incredibly experienced arborist with a positive, polite personality. He provided a prompt, no-pressure free estimate which was more than reasonable (we had fielded a few estimates; his was the best). The day of work his crew arrived on time: all of them were friendly and respectful. They worked efficiently and the end product was better than I had hoped for (i.e. faster and with stellar pick-up). My experience with Edilson's Maple Tree Services was outstanding, and I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. They are commensurate professionals well-worth the chance!

Very professional company with great prices

Edilson and his crew are efficient, easy to work with, and have a great eye for trimming and shaping trees. We had tree removal, tree trimming, stump, grinding, and more. Not only were they all friendly and accommodating to our requests, their work was excellent, and they cleaned up beautifully. We could not be more happy. Fair price, great crew. Edilson and his staff from the office to the trees all did their jobs well. The great reviews on Home Advisor were spot on!. I highly recommend this business and plan to work with them again in the future.

Eldison and his crew showed up at 7am cut down and removed several Large oak trees and Pines they were very efficient and neat NO MESS and not a plant in my garden was touched! I highly recommend them if I could give more than 5 stars à °à  à  à  I would!!!

I have to say that 3 of the 4 "Pros" I contact and left a message, Maple answer my message first and their price was within my budget. They came today sharp at 8:00 a.m. and finished at 10:30 a.m.; great. The crew clean absolutely every thing and left my place just as IT WAS. MAPLE TREE SERVICES is a dependable and responsible Company.

I interviewed 3 companies. One wouldn't even take the job and the other was $3000 more. Edison came around for an initial consult and we identified ~36 trees to be removed. I asked for the contract and asked for some modifications to the contract and they happily obliged. I also asked for copies of their insurance coverage and they supplied them. I further questioned the information in the coverage documents and they had their insurance company call me for help clarify any concerns. Excellent customer service. I expressed concern about the crane and how it would get behind the house through the sloping side yard so Edison came back to my place with his crane operator and they reviewed the site and were confident it would be possible. In the end they didn't need to go around the house - the giant crane simply reached over the top (colonial with high roof). The trees were a mix of oak, maple and pine. Many of the pines were 90ft and one was about 2 1/2 ft in diameter - so big tress are not a problem. The 4 man crew turned up as scheduled with a chipper and a 45ton crane. I requested all the hardwood be left as firewood and they stacked the appropriate trees in the side yard. They started at 8 the first day and around 7 the next day. It was as large job and took 2 days. They were very courteous and very safety oriented. They cleaned up (leaving it cleaner than when they started) and at 7:30 on the third morning the logging truck quickly removed the bigger logs that could not be put through the chipper. There were a few dents in the lawn where some of the trees were felled but they didn't tear up any lawn at all. Given the size of the job I was really impressed with the work and the team. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Our back yard gets heaps more sun and our house isn't threatened by giant pines. Thank you Maple Tree.

Maple Tree Services did a fantastic job cutting down the tree in our front yard. They responded quickly to my calls and questions. They skillfully took down the tree being careful not to damage the fence within close proximity. They were professional, prompt and well priced. I highly recommend Maple Tree Services to anyone needing tree removal services.

Theyâ re great , profissional did all works with higher quality , they cut all trees in logs and really take care about security of the works. The team also was great keeping the yard cleaned all the time till the end of works they did above and beyond of my expectations . Definitely recommend this company and will hide them again. they came early both days did a great job cleaned up each day before they left gave me a good price I would strongly suggest if you need any tree work done you give them a call they are very hard workers

They were very prompt with giving me an estimate and very reasonable with their price. They came out within a week, removed a tree that fell over my above ground pool, and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Very well organized and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Maple Tree Services they arrived on time with the right equipment to remove 3 large trees that were very close to my garage . I recommend Maple Tree Services, I was waiting for service from the Better City company that I founded here since October 12. They rescheduled the appointment every time and did not even show up after 2 months waiting. I was worry about the snow storm coming to Worcester but I founded Maple Tree Services and they did an excellent job, fast, and even better price than the other two. Thank you!
