Chris Butler was very friendly, courteous and very professional He inspected the original coated floor and picked up quickly on the inadequacies by the previous installment. The job was pricier than the other epoxy installers but I feel that he installed a far superior product.

The Owner and his crew were great and they all believed in quality workmanship. Scheduling with them was easy and fast. I would definitely recommend their service.

Chris Butler and his crew were very accommodating, professional and courteous in their workings. Once the garage floors were properly cleaning and grinded, they filled previously un-noticed gouges and cracks before applying the polyaspartic resin finish and color chips. The nearly 100 year old floors now look better than new! Overall, a great experience.

Pleasant and responsive communication by phone and text, flexible with scheduling, they were happy to accommodate me when I needed to change dates. Two young guys showed up on time and did a fast, neat, high quality job. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Great folks to work with, high quality workmanship

They came out to do sealcoat for my driveway and started with filling cracks with their machine. They completed about 12 feet of it and then said that they need to bring in a bigger machine for the work and also because it looked like it was going to rain. They said a different crew would come in the next week to start the job again. No one called and no one came and no follow up. I ended getting the job done using a pro from my local yellow page. Dont give them your business as they dont value your time. This is not the way you do business!

This guy is the BEST. Chris has been doing this for 30 years and you can tell. His workmanship is impeccable because it's his business. All of his crew were polite and cleaned up after they were done. You need to do yourself a favor and hire these guys. You will be glad you did. Jim M

They did an excellent job, Matt came out with his associate and answered questions and did a terrific job. After job, I called them about a question on when should I do it again in future years, and he immediately answered phone and was very helpful in answering the questions. I highly recommend this company, I am a retired owner of a consumer service business and was very impress by their customer skills and their excellent work performance. The driveway and walk look terrific. I plan on using them again in the future.

Chris's quote was competitive, but he did not come out and measure the garage beforehand, (I sent him pictures) so I'll always wonder if I got the best price. But he was very professional, did the work on time, and it looks great.

Chris made it really easy for us. Super nice and very honest and informative on the phone. Came to the house exactly when he said he would. Answered all my questions. The work was done while we were away for the week and that was very convenient. The price was reasonable compared to some of the other companies I contacted. The result is great... our crappy old garage which had 50-year old cement flooring looks so much better! I would definitely recommend Butler Sealcoating.

Nice guys but they damaged the driveway and did not repair it before they seal-coated it in multiple places.

I had my basement floors coated with polyasparitic epoxy. I am very happy with the service and with the contractor s response. My basement looks beautiful! Butler Property Services are very competitive if it comes to the cost. Chris is very knowledgeable about his products and it was really easy working with him from signing the contract to the end of the job. I will hire them again to finish my garage. I highly recommend this contractor for your projects..

Workers did a good job... friendly good people

A 3 man team of 21 year olds arrived at my home. After reviewing the work needed, I was impressed with the details of their explanation. I also learned that these young men owned the company and were using the money toward their college education. They did a great job, worked efficiently, paid close attention to quality. I highly recommend them.
