TECH AUTO SERVICE

The inspection station provided a list of state approved emissions repair shops and that is how I found Tech Auto. I called on a Friday to see when they could look at the car, they said they could do it on Monday. I was both surprised and relieved that I was not going to have to wait. I dropped it off, got a call in the afternoon that they fixed the problems, it was showing on the computer as fine and that just needed to do a road test to be sure it would pass. If the station that I got my inspection from was not having computer problems, they were going to do the test drive and get the new sticker. That was service far exceeding my expectations. They took me the next business day after I called, identified the problem correctly the first time, corrected all with wonderful customer service for a very reasonable fee. While I had never heard of this company before this time, I will be calling to see how extensive their repair services are because I certainly would go to them again.
