REGAL FABRIC CARE

I was looking for a company to clean the fabric cushions on a chair. Regal was the only place that let me drop off the cushions. This was a lot cheaper than other cleaners that insisted that they come to my house to perform the cleaning. I didn't like the idea of paying for a service call just to clean one chair. And, I didn't want any of the cleaning chemicals in my house. David was very professional. He responded to my email quickly and called me as soon as he was able. We arranged a time to drop off and he called me as soon as the cushions were done. I would definitely use Regal again in the future.

I am a repeat customer. I reside in an apartment in Brookline. I have a large sectional sofa which Regal thoroughly cleaned. The end result was evident: it looks fresher and cleaner - beautiful. I also asked Regal if they’d clean my carpeting because I moved into a new apartment. Regal outperformed our building maintenance. You can see and perceive the difference - a fresher, cleaner carpet. Both pieces look like new....I am thrilled. I will definitely use Regal again. In fact, I'm going to have my office furniture cleaned by them.

They were able to remove two large stains that I was not able to get out myself as well as a few other smaller ones. The two areas where our dog sleeps look brand new! They also used a machine to fluff up the carpet in some of the high traffic areas that had become a little matted. The gentleman who came was very friendly and helpful and gave lots of tips and advice for how to take care of my carpets for various situations. He explained everything that he was going to do and thats exactly how the job went. He also explained that if for some reason the stains did come back that there were other methods they would use to get them out. However, it's more than a week later and they have not returned. Both Dave's that I spoke with at Regal were very pleasant to deal with and quite accommodating as I called just a week before the holiday never expecting to get an appointment so quickly. They were able to squeeze me in on the following Monday so I could have nice clean carpets for my last minute holiday guests.  I also felt that their pricing was more than fair. I would definitely recommend them as well as hire them again! 

The service was excellent, he was very punctual and courteous.  Very professional and knowledgeable, we will be having them back in the future.

The house next to our house was just gutted, and our white couch was stained with black construction dust, as well as some stains from the kids having food on the couch.  Regal Fabric Care came out three days after I called.  The in-laws were coming into town and I wanted it cleaned before they arrived!  They cleaned our white couch and chair and got all of the stains out!  We were very pleased and would definitely use them again.

The carpet at the church was badly stained with a great number of oil stains and drippings from wax in many places. The carpet had never been cleaned and was over ten years old. I had four vendors quote with a range of $500 to $625 dollars for about 1800 square feet of carpet. While Regal was slightly higher than the rest, they (David) explained in great detail what the problems were, how they would address them, and what to expect. I chose them because they seemed the most knowledgeable of the group.
They arrived on the schedule date and I met them at the church. Two men showed up and I got them started. I left to run some errands and returned to the church later. They were there for about four hours. The job they did was fantastic! The carpet looked like new. One of them had actually got on his hands and knees using a hot iron and paper bag to lift the candle wax off the carpet. Parishioners who saw the carpet were amazed. They hadn't been told the cleaning had taken place but they noticed the difference right away. "It looks like new" was the predominant comment. I can highly recommend them.

They kept them as long as they needed to for removal of pet odors. Regular email contact about how it was going; lots of time invested in explaining how they were going to approach the problem and solve it. Great customer service, excellent result for a reasonable price.

These guys are great! They took my wool carpet that had not been cleaned in a long while, suffered from several parties, and two very young grandchildren and made it look brand new. They are truly carpet cleaning magicians!

Carpet was picked up at a convenient time from our home, cleaned, wrapped, and returned to us at a convenient time.

WHEN THE RUG DRIED FUNNY, THEY CAME BACK TO FIX IT. THEY WERE REALLY NICE ABOUT IT. THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE AND METICULOUS. USE THEM! INTERIOR DESIGNERS HIRE THEM TO CLEAN REALLY EXPENSIVE CLIENT RUGS.
