Gerard was very accommodating as far as coming to take a look, offering an estimate, and working through a weekend to take care of what must have been a very small job.

Everything was done in the promised time frame and looks great. Mr. Fidalgo was extremely professional and personable as was his staff. I have only good things to say about this experience.

I had used them previously. They did a good job both times and are easy to work with. I needed the work completed rather quickly and they were able to get me on the schedule when I needed it.

Fidalgo did some work for us more than a few years ago, long before we were members of Angie's List. I don't remember it well enough to give any specific details, not even the year (the date shown above is made up to meet your report form's requirement). But I do remember that we were very pleased with their work, and looked forward to being able to rely on them for any subsequent flooring needs we might have.

This past summer and fall, we did have a small job, repairing a deep, long gouge in the wood floor of one room. I left four or five messages for Fidalgo over the course of a couple months, and never heard back from them at all. We finally had to look elsewhere.

Last week, someone from Angie's List called and asked us about our experience with Fidalgo. I recounted the same story. He said someone would contact them to try and find out what their situation is, and he agreed at my request to let me know the result. I would still very much like to hear any information you may have or receive about Fildago's current status.

Larry provided an estimate on my floors, he was right on time and the price was very reasonable. His son, Gerard, installed and refinished the floors with three coats of finish. The job was completed on time, and they left my home spotless, taking all of their trash with them. I had a few pieces of heavy furniture that I was concerned about, but Gerard and his crew moved all my furniture out of the rooms with care. The Fidalgo Floors guys are very professional and extremely courteous. As a single woman I am apprehensive about having workers in my house, but I felt extremely comfortable with the guys at Fidalgo Floors. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
