If I could give negative stars I would. This is one of the most horrific experiences of our lives. I could write a novel about this experience. I have held off to give Alex time to make this right but I think it has been long enough and he does not seem to care about his customers or their well-being. I am writing this now so no one will have to go through the stress, anxiety and have their house botched like we did. 65 days and counting and still no functioning bathroom. We have been lied to on a daily basis and told it will be done every week and the nightmare just keeps going. The communication is horrendous. He has put us in a very bad spot and has affected our home life, work life and mental health. We have given numerous chances and have been very reasonable. I have asked several times for a portion of my money back so I can move on and get ignored. More than a third of a deposit for the job was given on 4/18 and it is 8/16. 4 months later. Work started on June 13th after being blown off for over a month. There is no end in sight with not one portion of the project finished and some of the work done is sloppy. More than not, we are told someone will show up and they do not. This really bothers me as my animals are in one room for the workers to come during the day and they rarely show up. Sometimes they show up for an hour and leave. Workers have even told us they have not been paid and are ignored by Alex. Same here, he blocked our texts and calls. I have not spoken with him on the phone in over 2 weeks as he ignores all calls and you only receive cryptic text messages. No decency to let you know who is coming, what is being done, etc. Go check out the BBB and other reviews that were posted on 8/3/17. He now has an F rating. I will be contacting the BBB as well as the Attorney General. When I asked him about bad reviews I saw online, he told me those customers were liars. Well I am experiencing this nightmare first hand. He is the one lying. I just want some money back and my materials so I can move on and have this done. I could go on with specific details but this is lengthy enough. We are tired of being lied to, ignored and full of stress and worry not knowing when this will be finished and who is at our house when we are at work. Alex, please contact me so we can settle with a monetary amount so I can have this finished or I will see you in small claims court.

Bad. Not done yet on a contract that was signed 9 months ago.
