Description of Work: Jim and his crew helped us renovate and completely redo two bathrooms, two kitchens and a badly deteriorated deck in a two family home we purchased for rental purposes. We had to completely tear down a deck, and the porch roof below it. Beams had to be replaced,and the deck was completely rebuilt. It was a complicated job that involved a couple of different roofs. We also had to completely redo the kitchen and bathroom which required bringing the bathroom down to the studs, sistering up joists.. New walls, new woodwork and doors, as well as new ceramic flooring, a three piece tub, toilet and vanity were install by Jim and crew. The kitchen had to have cabinets and counters installed, as well as subway tiles for a back splash. Jim even helped get all the appliances installed and ready for use. Jim also worked with the subcontractors we had hired to do plumbing, electrical, and floor restoration. Che was wonderful about helping us navigate the process of restoration, including all the necessary permits and inspections .

Description of Work: Our small 3 unit condo association hired Jim and his crew to do a handful of jobs around our building, including building and replacing a rotted basement door, removing - sealing - reshingling a few courses of rotted shingles which were too close to the ground, and finally repairing the facia/gutters in a corner of our roof that was not draining correctly. One of our members also used Rjames to replace all of the windows in their own unit.
