...they called right away and made appointment to come out...They charged $58 to come out then $215 and hour. I paid it and I blame myself for it. But I thought that was very high. I saw the part listed on Home Depot after the fact for $5.00. I would not recommend them...I felt like I got mugged..but it was my own fault for hiring them.

We were not pleased that the technician arrived 2 hours late. It took them 2 additional hours to look for a part. Though it is not his fault that the part was difficult to find, we felt we should have been notified of that problem. After contacting the manager, he discounted the job to a more reasonable cost to us. We would not wish to pay 2 hours for the effort of locating a part.

Interacting with Super Service was good. It was easy to set the appointment. The problem was straight forward--fix a leak. The repair was pretty simple so I was surprised when the plumber turned up and did not have the parts. He replaced an elbow joint that was corroded but the leak was still there. He asked if I wanted him to replace an adjoining part. Yeah, I need the leak fixed. So then he had to drive off to get that part which looked like a standard piece of plumbing. He came back and replaced that part. The whole experience was pretty expensive. Okay. Well, that did not fix the leak so I had to call Super Service. Again, interacting with them was fine and they are sending a plumber out to finish the job. Super Service was really expensive and unable to fix a simple leak on the first try.

5's across the board! They came out quickly, and were very adamant to make sure the project was done correctly.

Seemed very pricey, but they were able to come when I was available. It was more important to me to get them to come at a time when I could be home than to get the best price. They agreed to cancel the trip fee because I had three drains cleaned. the technician was very nice and very helpful. My only concern was that the total price seemed high.

Showed up when they said. Worth every penny.
