Description of Work: Had a little trouble getting the service provider to show up on site. But it was only a slight delay. Service provider examined my house and ultimately decided that scope of job was outside the "big Deal" and wanted to charge extra $. I declined to accept the additional charge. I would like a full refund of my $ under this Big Deal. I will find another contractor on my own. Thank you.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal on 4/1/13. I called the phone # provided immediately but the man who answered said he was currently on the roof. He asked me to send him an email which I did. I did not hear back so I sent him a second email and left a voicemail. I sent a third email and also called again but there has been no response. It's been 2 months now and I would like a refund immediately.

Description of Work: I had some initial problems getting Nelson from Skillville Corp. to come out to actually do the inspection, but he did come out on April 5th. During the inspection he seemed knowledgeable and helpful, we discussed the general state of the roof and some specific issues, but he did not forward me a document citing estimated costs within two weeks. At this point I tried calling and emailing him. I was unable to reach him until 4/29 -- over 3 weeks after the inspection he performed. I asked if he could get me the estimate, he said he would. I emailed him one more time last Monday & indicated I would seek reimbursement from Angie's List if I didn't see the roofing estimate by week's end. To date I have not received the estimate I paid for.

Description of Work: it was Ok. There is nothing against the service provider. After measuring up the actual sq ft area he revised the estimate to twice the coupon amount which is ell beyond my current budget. I guess Shana White tried to find some one else but could not. So i am requesting a refund. Iam a satisfied Angies list customer. Thanks.

Description of Work: They never called me back although I left detailed information on how to contact me. When I tried to call a few more times, his voicemail was full and I could no longer leave messages. I have hired someone else who will do the work 4/23/13.

Description of Work: I ordered the service, and went on line to set up a date for the service. Their web site was having a problem, and I could not get through to them. I called several times, but nobody ever got back to me. I will not do business with a company like that.

Description of Work: I had a hard time scheduling the work but once done they came and completed the job quickly. I believe I was supposed to get a roof condition report as part of the Big Deal but never received anything.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning and inspection. Company was extremely proactive and responsive re scheduling. They were prompt, curteous. I did not receive any info re the inspection part but i had to leave before conclusion of the job.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Heart warming to know that such professionalism still exists out there. Anyone who can use their service and does not-- Shame-on-You. If they provided more services that I could use, I would not hesitate to use them

Description of Work: I was very happy with the service. I need a short piece of trim replaced on the peak of my roof that had pulled off in a wind storm. It was jagged when it tore off and a new one needed to be cut. I called in the morning and was responded to right away. The job was taken care of in the same day. Very responsive and professional. Not a small job I could have done myself and was grateful to have it done well and quickly.

Description of Work: This was a deal offered by Angie's list: "For $199 they will inspect and repair any leaks or minor damages to your roof." (Or something like that). It was supposed to be two hours of work on the roof. They came did some sealing on a troubled spot, but concentrated on finding "Things to replace and/or repair". That's not what we were asking for. They stayed for about an hour and left an estimate for repairs close to $6000. Certainly we don't have that kind of money right now, and I'm not sure I need all the repairs quoted by them. I probably won't be biting those kind of offers in the future. Not worth it.
