Dave did a decent job installing my fence several years ago, however, when I have called him to ask if he could come out and replace rotting rails and posts, he has not had the courtesy to return my calls. My low rating is because he has no follow-up and no customer service after installation.

Hired Dave to install basic wood fence with gate. After a few years, posts began to become loose and gate came out of square. He did not use concrete at base of gate posts as is industry standard. I called, emailed, and texted many, many times. He just ignored me.

In 2017 I paid close to 7 grand for a new pressure treated fence installation, new gate and old fence removal. The owner of the company, Dave explicitly told me that if I ever had any problems to just let him know. This is after he told me personally told me that I would not have to worry about this fence for many years after his installation. Shortly after the installation was completed, I noticed that the gate that he made came out of square. It was warped so much that a small dog would be able to escape the yard. I called him to see if he would be willing to take a look at it and put another brace on it to fix it. He never even bothered to return my call. I have since reached out to him multiple times since last summer, and again last week since the new fence is already leaning over in one section and another three sections sway when the wind blows. He tells me that he will come by but never shows up. What is worse is that when I reach out by telephone or text, he refuses to call me back or even just respond to my text message. Save yourself some aggravation and go with a different company with excellent customer service. Lip service will not help you fix your fence problems!

Dave is an awesome guy to work with. He came when he said he would and took the time to walk the property with me and answer all questions/concerns. His pricing was very reasonable .The fence came out great. I could not be happier with this project. I highly recommend DPM Fence.

He installed a pen for our dog. He was prompt courteous and professional. We had an issue with the gate lockinging after the winter and he came back and resolved the issue.

DPM did a great job installing two fence runs in my back yard. Looks great, and they would have been done in a few days if I hadn't made some changes that required more panels, which ended up delaying things by about a week. Completely on me, though, and it was great that DPM was willing to accommodate changes after the plan was made. The guys were very efficient and left the work site clean after everything was done.

Very reasonably priced. VERY reliable. Quality job I've been using them for 4 years!

I had 3 estimates and they came in with a great price-The other 2 came in over 2000 dollars more for the same exact job. I cant believe the mark up by some of these so called pros who try to rip you off that's why its good to get numerous quotes . the owner was professional and knowledgeable about fencing. It really disgusts me how other fence companies can try to over power you with such a high rip off price. The owner of DPM is courteous and full of great advise and actually made more room with his measurements to give my dog a extra area to run and play !!!! Thanks Dave !!!! I was stuck at work during storm...found this on line and emailed him my need...I got home just now and driveway was plowed as I had asked and he has not been paid nor has he given me a quote but I am so glad that I didn't have to shovel my way into my driveway that the job is priceless!...thrilled.

DPM did a great job replacing our existing cedar fence with a vinyl fence. Each post was set in concrete (other companies did not quote this, only the gate posts). Also the gate posts were reinforced with wood 4x4's and set in concrete. The hinges on the gates are very sturdy and adjustable. The latches are of high quality and have key locks built in. Time frame from order to completion was adhered to. Workers were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They were aware that I have a pet and secured the work area each night so our dog could not get out.

From timely communications, accurate quoting, quality workmanship and pricing that is second to none. They completed my chain link fence project on time, at the quoted price and took the extra steps of making sure I understood the options in the install process. I would not recommend DPM. I had a very hard time getting him to call me back. The job was not what he promised. The gate was supposed to swing in or out and it only swang out. I had my boyfriend and my brother in law fix it when I got home from vacation. I didn't want to try and contact DPM again because it's to hard to get him to call you back. The only good thing is he did meet my deadline.

DPM is "Responsive", "Provided Updates" and have great "After the Sales" follow-up.

Dave was the first person to respond to my request for an estimate and he came over the holiday weekend. He sent a quote the next day and completed the work that week. The repair is great and I recommend DPM fence to anyone.

Great fence for a good price. But no follow up for questions or return calls when work was complete.

I just recently received 3 quotes for a vinyl fence in my backyard this was the most reasonable in price. They were able to order the product which was a substancial amount and had the entire job complete in about 3 weeks. They took their time in fitting the gate so as make sure no issues would occur (like a gate that won't close properly in the future). They did not rush through the job. They did an excellent job of fitting the fence to the ground which is not level then they backfilled the ground so minimal space between the fence and ground was present. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend.

I found DPM thru an on-line service. Three outfits were recommended. Two responded. One of the two made an appointment and didn't show or call. DPM came out when they said, gave me a quote when they said. I called another company to get a competitive quote. DPM had a similar price, but promised much more. They provided what they promised. The fence was straight, plumb, and all posts were cemented in. Rating: 5 out of 5. We were delighted! We're now having them do another job. Fp Andover, MA

DPM did an excellent job of interpreting our vision for the vinyl replacement of three sections of an old wood picket fence in front of our house. He was willing to take the time to help us see what we were asking for with his interpretation of that vision. Other fence competitors could not or would not see what we were trying to accomplish. This job was purely aesthetic to give our house and yard curb appeal and was completed in record time, even with extra requests added to the original contract. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone. His workmanship and demeanor toward the customer is the finest I have encountered in many years.

Dave was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and up front with his information. He responded quickly via email and/or email for every question we had. The fence is complete now and looks terrific.
