not very well. the agent did not adequately provide the coverage that i requested, they underinsured one property so my claim coverage was dramatically reduced. for another property they failed to insure a storage building which unbeknowst to me [ubtil it burned] needed to have coverage seperate from the main building [unlike homeowners]. they never explained any of this until it was too late
