Description of Work: Absolutely terrible in every way! I'll try to make this brief but what a shot show. they showed up late the day of, one of the staff members Stunk like booze and chain smoked the whole time. I will not even begin to talk about the language it was atrocious. But the worst part of it all Is I payed $9000 for a job that was inconsistent in every way. This job did Not even meet code as 3 in thick Throughout absolutely terrible job. The bottom of the driveway was all broken apart in less than seven months! It's a major inconsistency I also talk to other people that do this business for a living to get more guidelines of information....they all said the same ( no wetland ) would do this . Anyways, The tar that broke up at the end of the driveway was not even 2 inches thick as I was told 3in is what's needed at the least On a job especially to this magnitude. Heap paving told me that it broke apart because the grass next to it Being wet land....Which was looked at by another paving company as said and I was told this is false. As I looked close at the job I realized it was 5+ inches thick at the top of the driveway And as said not even 2 inches on the bottom proving that they pulled the product to Thin from top to bottom In the process Hence weakness in breaking. "Lazy" at best. As I Tried to contact them month after month they finally came back after it took forever being blown off. They cut the piece out and patched a 11 + foot peace and packed it down with their body weight with packing shoes after heating. Then off they went, it looked terrible so I said now I'm going to have a line of demarcation and even more inconsistency in the driveway!? they assured me it wouldn't pull up at all and sure enough now it's starting to do so again! "Yeah wetland, even in summer? " As I Text them, email them , called them also to have it fixed Once more before I see them in court i haven't heard from them once. Because I had such a hard time with "Gregs " team / Business over this I went with his Other half of the family. I often wonder why they split ? but that's clearly another story . But they did the other driveway on the other side and there's been no problems at all . All I can say is I've ran my business for going on 29 years and I would never treat a customer the way I've been treated especially when all together $16,000 was going to be spent for two driveways. Description of Work: Driveways by heap did a driveway next door to us at 144 Pearl St., Brockton. We asked for a got an estimate for work at our home next year. During their work next door they asked if they could leave their heavy equipment on our property over night till the work was done. we said "no problem". They did a wonderful job next door and much to our surprise they repaired holes in our driveway and releveled the front dirt parking area as a thank you for leaving their equipment. I have gone out of my way to recommend them based on the work done next door, the professional estimate for our home and the free work they did as a thank you. Well operated/professional company.

Description of Work: Our neighbor next door had Driveways by Heap do extensive clean up, leveling and installation of a new driveway. Some of the work to make the end result the best for the neighbor involved leveling our adjoining property (at no cost). This company was efficient and professional, they even (again at no cost) salvaged some flowering trees and moved them over to my property and stacked loam around them until I find the right location. We asked for an estimate to do our driveway that had a sink hole in the middle and a neighbor across the street received an estimate also. We have to put our driveway off for a year but the neighbor across the street decided to have theirs done right away. Driveways by Heap asked if they could leave their trucks and equipment on our side lot, rather that take it all back and forth everyday. We of course said "NO PROBLEM". When they were all done improving the neighborhood, all equipment was left and to our surprise the sink hole was fixed and a drop at the street edge was filled and leveled. I can't wait to have them back to do a finished driveway. Your members need to know what a professional, honest and giving company this is. Very few things in life are free and we certainly expected nothing in return for parking their equipment for a few days, but now when I pull in the driveway I don't have to avoid the hole in the middle because it isn't there anymore.
