We were very happy with the prompt response. We got a call almost immediately after submitting for quotes through Angie’s List. Grayson , the owner, called to set up an appointment the next day and then called to let me know he was on the way. He was courteous and professional. He checked out the roof, told us what he would do, and fixed the problem within an hour. I really appreciate that he came for such a minor job and was so reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

After reading Angie list reviews I called a few roofers, Gleyson from Vellox Construction Corp answered his phone.... others I had to leave voicemails for. I contacted him on April 19th, he came over that night to look at the roof. He emailed me a quote April 20th, he came back over the next day as I also wanted the soffits covered on the front and back of the house. He gave me a price and an estimated date to have the roof done. He and crew came May 20th - Monday 7:15am removed and replaced the roof with certainTeed Landmark Def Georgetown Gray, put on the front soffit and due to lightning they couldn't finish covering the back soffit... but they came back in the morning and finished it. They were proffessional, covered all deck & railing surfaces and cleaned up like they were never there. Roof and soffits look terrific. Gleyson also stayed and worked on the job, he's a hard worker and so was his crew. I've already recommended him to my friend who needs her house sided and she told me he came out and gave her a good price.

The work was done very well even it started with more than one month waiting because of the delay of getting the permit. It was finished within one day. The roof looks beautiful right now. Will see how long it can last. The ground was cleaned very well and trash was removed after the work finished. In summary, we are very satisfied for the work.

Gleyson really knows the roofing business and with his keen eye could tell us what was wrong before he even tested a section of the roof. Once the day came to make repairs and updates, Gleyson and his crew were able to handle the job quickly and professionally. His price was competitive and he is very responsive when you try to reach him.

We were so pleased with Vellox Construction’s responsiveness. We lost a bunch of shingles in the last major wind storm and we’re worried that the upcoming snow would cause damage. Vellox responded almost immediately to our inquiry via Angie’s list, came out to see the house the next day and brought shingles so that he could do a same day repair. We were really please with the service and the price was reasonable for an emergency repair job.

Had a recent roof leak which was caused by chimney which was flashed incorrectly. I called Gleyson at Vellox and he said I'll be there at 5PM (same day). He arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem and emailed me a contract that evening. Work was performed on time at a high quality. One heck of a nice guy as well. Honestly what more can you ask for? A+ in all categories and worth consideration to all who read this.

I am completely satisfied by the work provided and the end products. The Vellox crew arrived as scheduled, got down to work immediately getting their gear ready to remove the shingles in an organized fashion using tarps to slide the removed shingles to the ground and placed in a dumpster that was part of the contracted agreement. The crew was very polite and professional during our interactions and their work habits. It was one of those sweltering hot and humid days in August and the crew understood the importance of staying hydrated the whole time. The roofs were finished within a few hours They both look beautiful and I could not be any happier about my experience with the Vellox Roofing Company.

I simply can NOT recommend Vellox enough. I wondered how a company could have so many solid "A" reviews on here and now I know. Gleyson was prompt, professional, honest, and most importantly he showed up when he said he would. He and his crew were so knowledgeable and kept us filled in on what they were doing and for what reason. His communication is excellent; he gave us an 'estimated start date' upon delivery of the estimate which he said could vary within a few days due to weather, etc. and followed up as promised within 2 days of the start date, he called us immediately in the morning when there was a rainy day and had to hold on performing work that day, and he showed up on the day he said he would start at the time he said he would start. I will even be honest and say his price was just a little bit higher (not extravagantly, maybe about $100-200 more) than a couple of other companies we called, but his communication and professionalism were such a relief to me after having some struggles with the other companies we called, I decided to go with my gut and hire him since I valued his communication and promptness. I am beyond pleased with this process, the product and the company. It was so fast and painless and I am just so relieved to have it done. Hire this company!

Gleyson and his crew did a great job. They replaced my roof and parts of my soffits that had rot. They also repaired and replaced a large portion of my gutters. All in one day for a great price. The final product looks great. Plan on using Vellox for future projects.
