They are friendly, it's good overall, you feel like they know you. I would use them again.

I have been with them for a long time. It's a local bank. I would rather use a smaller local bank than one of the big major ones. You get a more personal experience with them. They have a few branches, but they still get to know you. I have always had a pleasant experience with them. I never get the feeling that I'm wasting their time. If I ever have a question, they sit down and show me what the problem is. I haven't had any problems with them, ever.
