I am writing to confirm that I have received the letter of deleading compliance of the property. I must say that I am very glad to have dealt with you (Vendy Tran, lead inspector) and Harvard Environmental Services. You have shown to be very efficient and knowledgeable. Furthermore, your recommended contractor (Jacques Akelian of Precision Lead Paint Solutions) proved to be the best out of about 10 contractors I initially contacted last week. When I first embarked on the quest to get this done, everyone I contacted told me my deadline was impossible. However, your team and your resources have made this a seamless process in contrary to the horror stories I heard from others about deleading. as you know, there is a homeless family that was heavily depending on your ability to make this happen within the required time. Thank you so very much! I understand you have gone above and beyond your call of duty with this one!

Had a great experience with Harvard Environmental Services. Spoke with Cathy on the phone when I initially called and, as I did not know much about the process, she took the time to thoroughly explain the different levels of examination and what those levels would mean for any future planned deleading. The examination was easily scheduled and promptly performed by Vendy. She provided an incredibly detailed report for the comprehensive inspection. Would definitely recommend HES' services!

Everything was awesome. Fast, quality lead inspection and Vendy couldn't have been nicer. She also walked us through the house after the inspection to show us the details. The one thing that I would ask is that they generate a layman's report in addition to the super technical detailed one meant for de-leading contractors. Yes, she walked us through day of, but I couldn't remember all the details exactly and it would be nice to provide something concrete to the seller of the property we were evaluating.

This company is great! They are very flexible with scheduling and offer good value for the cost. Gary and the other lead paint inspectors are extremely thorough. They were also very helpful with the many questions I had regarding lead abatement.
