The final report made my eyes hurt trying to read it. Basically, just a hastily cobbled together packet consisting of the worksheets the tech filled out when he was on site, and some canned state forms, with a one page cover letter, containing approximately 3 lines of text actually pertaining to my property, followed by more state gobbledegook. For the rate charged I expected something more substantial and detailed in a way that someone who is not a licensed lead paint inspector could read. I guess this is the industry standard though. God help America.

Called on Monday and the testing was completed by Wednesday.

Just allow a few days as the guy is very busy.
