Zak's lawn and garden

The worst ever. He didn't show up three times in a row with fantastical excuses, car accident, emergency room visit, truck broke down. Then he replaced the fence with one that was 1.5' shorter than it was supposed to be. He left all the materials from the old fence lying there and said if we wanted them removed it would cost "extra" because he didn't think of it when he gave us the quote. He said the fence could be lifted up to make it the height it was supposed to be. When I said ok he mentioned it would cost extra. I told him we shouldn't have to pay extra to have what we ask for installed. He would not fix his mistake. We wanted post toppers on the fence which he forgot to bring when he did the install and when he came back to bring them instead of attaching them he just left them there. The fence itself is poorly installed. There are boards that are split where he nailed them too hard, there is for that is not lined up. In short it looks sloppy and we will need to have it redone.
