The cleaning is always as scheduled. If you have a list of other things, she will build time in for that. They open and close houses for the Summer. If I'm out of state and If I can't be there, I can call her and ask her to be the point person to show the house. She helps people manage their rental.

They are reliable and that he individual owner is always available to contact if you have any problems. I can only grade on the ones I use which are always the same. I do know in the summer time they do hire alot of extra help but I haven't used any of them.

She has a few different people that work for her and she generally sends the same person. They do an excellent job. They are prompt and reliable. The rates are quite reasonable.
