They were very responsive, accommodating, and showed on time. They had only once sent a less experienced driver who got stuck in our wet grass with his truck, and left big holes. Other than that one delivery problem, they were great. They have big variety of materials, prices are average. Overall happy with them. The grass problem happened a day before leaving for summer vacations, so we didn't call to complain, the guy apologized, beat red on his face.

This was my 1st time using Angie's List. I logged on in the AM, found Dr. Mulch, called (they were very polite) & now have mulch & topsoil. They delivered less than 5 hours after my call. Terrific service!

I called and received friendly and helpful answers to my questions. I ordered 3 cubic feet to be delivered to our home. They deliver free within a 10 mile radius but we were outside of that area and so paid a $20 delivery charge. The mulch was delivered less than 2 hours after I hung up the phone. Everyone was pleasant and provided unusually good customer service, which is definitely a rarity these days. I wanted to avoid the wastefulness of multiple plastic bags from store bought mulch and was happy with the bulk price and easy ordering.
