It went well. They arrived as planned on the scheduled date. It took two people a little over half the day to complete the exterminating process and repair the damage. All was completed as described. A check for payment was written when the work was completed. The work came with a guarantee that can be extended on a yearly basis with the completing of an annual inspection. The one minor issue, they had left some supports and clamps in the basement to help facilitate repairs. I called them to let them know but they were aware of the left behind equipment, and would pick it up when in the neighborhood early the following week. Two months later we still have that leftover equipment but have moved it to the garage.

They are very efficient. We have had a problem and they took care of it. Once we a problem of carpenter bees and they took care of it. They are excellent and they come when they will. They take care of your house.
