MARTIN'S FLOOR COVERING

I spoke to my lawyer yesterday and they are going to be contacting Martin's this coming week. The abuse and anguish this company has put me through is criminal. They broke my trust and operate like CROOKS!!! Their "policies" are draconian, absurd, unethical, nonsensical and purely driven by scamming Greed because they don't believe an honest business model profits them enough. They spat on my loyalty and have made me regret choosing them. I brought them a check in full and even added a project on and I was laughed at, insulted, belittled and challenged, disrespected & abused!!! There are other carpet places in the area and being new here I wish I'd shopped around or even waited, because every contractor warned me against the Martin's, (to be honest), but I hadn't a problem yet so I thought everything would be fine. I was warned any company that refuses a refund on product not even in my possession but theirs, is a CON-JOB!!! An look where I am. Scamming the public on limited incomes & difficult circumstances should be criminally prosecuted. The co-owner of the condo & myself want nothing to do with this crooked enterprise, they supply drug users to do the installations and protect such characters. It's shameful & disgusting, not to mention very poor business strategy. All the other local businesses I have done renovations through have been a literal dream. Martin's was the first that got my business and has shockingly turned out to be complete frauds. We want our money back for holding my carpeting in a damp, moisturize infested open warehouse over a whole humid Summer to which I hadn't been aware of. An after what the installer did & arrogant disgust Anne treated me with, we don't believe they've lived up to their own contract. You'll be hearing from my lawyer!!!
