Prompt, polite and efficient

This is a family business with a culture of quality service and caring for the customer. I had multiple plumbing problems, from a broken (and leaking) sink disposal to a wonky hot-water heater, and Jason fixed everything (including something another plumber said he couldn't fix). Despite his (very appreciated) no-nonsense efficiency, he willingly explained the whys and whats of what he was doing as I hovered, mosquito-like, over him. In fact, we talked about everything under the sun. The work required three hours--three hours well spent. Speaking of "spent," I consider the bill to be beyond reasonable. Plumbing problems affect quality of life, and Jason improved mine immeasurably. And to top it off, this fine gentleman left my kitchen (much) cleaner than when he arrived. THAT'S SERVICE. Even though I'd prefer not to have any more plumbing problems, I'm going to put Barthellette's on speed-dial. It's my pleasure to award the company and Jason my highest recommendation.

repaired two shower fixtures which had leaked and had rusted in place; friendly, pleasant, skillful worker was able to problem solve a solution to the finnicky, rusted parts and replace them. All the necessary parts and tools were on the truck so there was no delay in attacking the problem. Both showers work great now! This family-owned business came the day after I contacted them and were reasonable in cost.

Really great. The office contacted me before I even called (thanks Home Advisor!). Needed to have an outside faucet replaced which was rather involved, having to cut into the ceiling in a finished basement). They had someone out the next morning, and the job was done in a couple of hours. Beautiful work. He (Jason) made a three-faucet manifold. I couldn't be happier with their friendliness, promptness, quality, and price. This is my go-to plumbing company now. Very professional. I very highly recommend them.
