Randy came to first look at my garbage disposal which I thought had to be replaced, instead, it just needed an adjustment and replacement part. Looked at my "whistling" toilet and said it needed a new valve. Came back a few days later and installed it. Come to find out, I need a whole new toilet (not his fault) it's an old toilet. When it arrives, he will pick it up and install for me. Very professional and did not try to tell me anything had to be replaced just to make extra money. He saved me money!!

excellent service came out right at noon as promised, disconnected leaking gas hot water tank, and replaced it with one my deceased mother purchased years ago, works great and they even took the old one away for a small fee. would definitely recommend.

I was informed at the 11th hour that I needed to have 3 toilets removed from the floors as the floors were being replaced the next morning. I placed a call and he arrived at 7:30 a.m. and neatly took care of everything. He returned when the floors were completed, reinstalled the toilets and was neat and clean. I will use them in the future!

My hot water tank was leaking at 9 am, I set up the appointment for 2pm. Tim stopped by at noon to check out the situation. By 230 the 2 man crew arrived and finished in 2 hours! Full replacement. Great job! Thank you. I have more work for them soon'

Two visits were necessary, and each time plumber arrived as scheduled, got to work and did an excellent job. He also did a great job explaining to me what was happening. Cleanup was perfect.

Jason arrived within the provided time frame, worked efficiently and neatly, and tested the repair thoroughly to ensure there was no leakage. He was considerate in limiting the hole in the ceiling. I would absolutely hire this company again.

He took a little bit longer to get back to me, had to call twice. But he showed up on time and was knowledgeable and fixed my problem.

They reinstalled new shower valve, trim, dishwasher, toilets, and bathroom vanities in timely manner. We made an appointment to finish reinstalling new shower stall. Can't wait to see our finished bathrooms. They are reliable and punctual.

I needed two dripping faucets repaired. You know, the kind of noise that slowly drives you crazy. This company is quick to respond, customer service-driven, efficient and they know what they are doing. We had both Randy and Jason and they were each great. The first repair was able to be completed on the initial visit and the second needed a part. They came withing two days of my contacting them and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Their rates were fair and reasonable, they were clean and neat, willing to repair our existing fixtures rather than recommending costly new fixtures, very timely. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
