Tim did an excellent job at a very fair price.

Replaced our water heater. He also removed and disposed of the old one which other plumbers would not do. He made it easy for us.

Tim responded quickly to my request to replace my kitchen faucet. He assessed the situation, quoted a more than reasonable price, and took the time get the appropriate replacement. Overall an extremely satisfying experience. Highly recommend Tim and his company. Will most definitely call again for any future projects.

kitchen faucet replaced. had some concerns about how the old one would come out. rust etc.. tim removed it quickly and neatly. then nice instillation. looks great.

They are terrific! They have someone to handle customer service and she is awesome! Tim is professional, there when he says he will be there and always available when an emergency comes up. We hired them to finish 3 bathrooms renovation. They helped us installing shower tub, shower set, vanities, toilets, dishwasher, and reconnecting washer/dryer. They did an excellent job. They are very easy to reach by email and on time to their job. The reason why i gave 4.5 is that they had to come back twice to fix the shower valves for 2 baths so we can get hot enough water. I would definitely hire them for any plumbing project.

This is a followup. After Speaking (or not speaking) I was told that they would replace my unit with one that i originally wanted, but was told it had shipped it and would take two weeks, i set up another appointment between 9.30 and 12.30 on December 5th. Well they did not show or call. I called them @ 2.15 and left a message. the message was returned, but she needed to talk with the plumber and the plumber never returned my call. I again i called and she contacted the plumber and returned my call. I was told that the plumber would not replace the unit installed with the one i originally wanted, but he would install the one i would purchase. well this means that i had to actually purchase a power flush (cost unknown) and already had paid for the one that does not work any better that the one he took out. I would have paid the difference in price for the powerflush. I will be searching and reviewing a powerflush and find a real plumber.
