I was so impressed with the response time. Tim returned my call in minuets and came over within an hour at 7:00 in the evening. This was to repair a leak from the upstairs shower through the downstairs ceiling. He recommended and brought along a carpenter who repaired the ceiling the next day. Great experience and reasonable cost.

He called about an hour after I posted on Home Advisor. He was very pleasant, and makes a point of working around people's schedule. I was impressed with the reviews I read on Home Advisor. In my post, I wrote that I was going to purchase the faucet. (May as well get what I want, right?) He quoted me a price that was reasonable. (One of the reasons I used Home Advisor was get a range of quotes so I could budget accordingly.) On the given day, he arrived on time, and ready to go. I had shut off the water. One of my concerns was that the sink valves wouldn't shut off. I had purchased new ones. Tim agreed with my assessment that the valves had corroded open due to age. Within an hour and a half, I had a working kitchen sink in lieu of my Zen waterfall. Tim's work is outstanding, and I'm very pleased. I've already passed on his name to a few people. After 15 years, I finally have a plumber!
