We hired them to repair/replace a leaky outdoor faucet. They were here ahead of schedule and did a fine job. We will be having them back this week to do some additional plumbing work.

Appointment was for 4:00 pm . The owner and associate arrived at 3:45 pm which was great. Took them a little over an hour to replace the two traps under a double vanity, then finish off the fixtures and sink. The quality of work was excellent, and the price was reasonable.

Barthelette responded right away to an urgent request for installation of a hot water heater, after my tenant's oil unit died. Tim answered my questions about conversion to an electric hot water heater, and fit the work in next day. Tim did the work himself with two assistants, all the guys were friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service from his phone receptionist as well. I definitely recommend Barthelette.
