cat boarding area (The Black Cat Inn). The office staff is very polite,
knowledgeable and was able to quickly schedule an appointment for us the
day after I called even though we were not existing clients. Dr.
Pomeroy is very bright, kind, gentle toward my skiddish cats and didn't make me feel guilty for not
having brought the cats to a vet for a few years. The office staff
follows up with a call after the visit to see how your pets are doing
once they return home. I am happy to have found an amazing veterinary office in my new hometown and would not hesitate to recommend Health Paws to anyone!
They called our old vet to have the records faxed over, saving me a trip to pick them up.They keep the records electronically so they have everything from notes to xray's at the click of the mouse. We haven't had to wait to get an appt or wait once we get there.
They do the little things, like giving us a towel for my stressed out kitty to and quot;hide underand quot; while we talked through some of her history. If you've got a cat and it is trying to flee the scene...this is a nice touch!!
