As a 2nd generation master plumber, my Dad taught me by example. We have developed long term working relationships based upon trust and fairness. It is not uncommon to have a new customer, upon just receiving service, call to let me know how much they appreciate our personable staff and their efficiency. For someone to take the time to do that is very gratifying and much appreciated. When you call A.R.Zukowski Plumbing & Heating, Inc., most times you will be talking directly to me or, Susan Zukowski. We'll discuss the problem, quote you a price, and will work to set up a time that's convenient for you. Two great principles I picked up were: ONE: For any job you do, large or small, do it the right way and do it with pride. TWO: When dealing with people, always treat everyone fairly and with respect. Since 1987 we have been doing that and have been trusted by many for our friendly, fair, and efficient service.

Came quickly, did the job fast & right. . They were a little higher than others, but their pricing is straight forward, no surprises. The only negative was Jeff left a small mess because he knocked down a few things in my bathroom & left them on the floor & btwn wall & bath stand. Would have been nice had he picked them up, or at told me he had knocked things over. the items were in the basement bathroom so I didn't see it until he had left. That was a bit unprofessional.

They could come quickly and were friendly and professional. I'm not sure of the pricing, but seemed the average of what I thought this project would cost. Would definitely call them next time I need plumbing or heating work.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had been looking for a good, reliable plumber for a long time. A R Zuksowski came highly recommended by a co-worker, so I decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did. Everybody associated with this company is top-notch. When I called, the owner of the company, Art, answered the phone himself. He took all of the information, provided a great deal of helpful information to guide my decisions, and sent Jeff out to my house the next day. Within a couple of days, the work was done in exactly the time frame that had been provided. The job was done very well, there was not a trace of anything left behind, and everyone was very respectful and pleasant. And the cost was more than reasonable. For those of you who are struggling to find a good, reliable plumber (as I was), look no further! Other companies should take note: This is quality work and customer service done right! Aces all around!

Gas Piping
We had a gas leak problem that the gas company discovered during routine maintenance. But it shut down our gas. Called A.R. Zukowski based on HomeAdvisor review and they were fantastic! They showed up first thing the next day and had everything fixed, inspected and reinstalled by the end of the day. If this is how they treat people who call out of the blue I can only expect great treatment next time I call now that we are customers!

Gas Piping
Art came out to evaluate the job on the same day as the HomeAdvisor request. He always kept in contact by phone with any schedule changes. Jeff did the work and was also very professional. Overall this was a very smooth and fast experience and I was glad to get the new gas line in for grilling on the 4th of July. Highly recommended.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
My service tech was Jeff, he was prompt and professional. My water heater was leaking badly and with a carpet in the cellar I really wanted to get this done quickly. The job was quoted over the phone, with some help from some pictures I emailed to Art. I was charged what was quoted and I was very satisfied with all aspects of the job. I will use this company again if needed.

Gas Piping
Had to connect gas stove and dishwasher. Last minute wanted a new faucet. All done very well and with ease. Very nice guy. Also fixed a leak I had under the sink I didn't know about.
