The job was done right and completed when they said it would be. They went above and beyond replacing a couple of parts that weren't part of the tuneup. The price was very fair (almost half of what I was charged the last place I had it done). These guys run a terrific operation. I also had a very good experience with a rental from them in the past. They are a trustworthy resourse and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I was very satisfied with their work. I had a second hand Craftsman lawnmower. I didn't know if it would start. I took it Rental Depot to have them take a look at it. They were helpful, coming out to help me unload it from the car. I told the technician that I had replaced the air filter, spark plug, gas and oil. He said it sounded like a clogged carburetor. I left it with them for a week. They cleaned out the carburetor, and got the mower running. It has been starting with the first pull ever since.

Very prompt and quality work. Plan ahead for small engine repair as they were running about a week behind. I dropped off snowblower and it was ready in about 5 days.

I have even written an email complaint to the company and no one has followed up. Please see below: rented from your company this Saturday, for a friend’s 50th birthday party. To say I was disappointed in your services, would be an understatement. 1. I requested a 2:00 PM delivery. I called at 2:15 PM to get the status of the delivery, and was told it was scheduled for between 2:00-2:30PM. Not MY scheduling as requested, apparently someone there decided to change the delivery time. At 2:50PM, the delivery still hadn’t been made, so I call again. “Oh, he should be there any minute, he just left 10-15 minutes ago”. Great – everything gets delivered over 1 hour past the requested time. 2. I requested table cloths and skirts for 3 tables. I received 3 skirts that only cover ½ of each table. This was for a birthday party, not a trade show at the Best Western where the tables would be up against a wall. Another great surprise. 3. The wine glasses and silverware had many dirty ones included and had to be washed. Again, great – wasn’t planning on that, either. 4. 18 chairs – someone could have at the very least hosed them down before delivering, they were filthy. Having been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and many of the guests are in the same industry, I can tell you that I would never recommend your company for rental of anything to do with an event. Shame on you for such unprofessional behavior. At this time of great economic downturn, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you to ramp up your customer service skills.
