Received quote from ARS for 1700.00 for a control panel on my Goodman furnace upstairs. Received quote from BDL for same control panel fix for are you ready 289.00. Difference in cost 1400,00. Wow. Customer service was outstanding and techs were awesome. ARS caused me DISTRESS. BDL is my go to HVAC company. Buyer Beware.

Everyone was very polite, very knowledgeable and caring. I am very satisfied with their work, and would use them again in the future.

The install of the equipment it self was done in 2 days and very well done, however there was an issue with getting power to the thermostat. To ARS’s credit they worked as fast as possible to resolve the issue at no additional charge and once the part was installed the system worked flawlessly. Even though it did take another 5 or so days to complete I appreciate that they did not let this slip through the cracks and stayed on it until the job was done. The teams were all very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend.

Service technician, Angel, is a very reliable problem solver and effective communicator.He kept me informed on alternative choices to replace HVAC thermostat. I will ask for Angel for any future service calls.

They are really a top notch company: - they responded immediately to the inquiry - they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He â got itâ . We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5â round â spider legâ ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor. - we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts - the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope. - we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project. Not just their own workers but also their subs (electricians in our case, we hired plumber separately). - Iâ m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor. I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. Itâ s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us.

I had ARS through Home Depot to install an electrical hot water heater and to remove the ole direct vent natural gas hot water heater and to close the gas line. They did a very good job. Justin was great to arrange my technician Evan and the electrical work contractor. I am very happy Ià ¢à  à  highly recommend this business. Thank you ARS. They are professionals.

This was the worst showing of a pro I have ever seen and I am 71 years old. When they showed up late by a day and a half, they were dropped off by someone. No Truck/Car. No filters for the job. Yet I am charged for the filters. Awful experience!!

Weekend problem. Was very helpful and fast

The team of 3 arrived as promised! They set up the work station by spreading cover on the floor to protect my tiles. That was very satisfying to me. They were actually busy working diligently throughout the day. They provided 3 space heaters for my use if I needed. I was informed of what was going on that needed my attention. The end product seemed very good although it is too early to judge its quality. This review would have been rated with 5 stars, but I have concerns in some areas. First, the height of the exhaust pipe was shorter than I had expected. Their reasoning for not raising the exhaust pipe is not accurate. They claimed my windows were in the way. There is a clear pathway to place the the pipe if they had wanted. I’m still concerned about the exhaust fumes entering my living room if the window is open. I was told quality inspection would be performed, that has not happened yet. I hope it happens! Second, the thermostat wiring on the second floor or zone 3 does not have common wire C. The bypass that was installed in the Teco relay system didn’t work. It worked briefly for short time and then stopped. When I contacted the sales agent, he referred me to the office to explain my issue. I thought he was going to take me out of the loop as most customer satisfaction oriented company would have done. I complied and the customer service office referred me back to the same person! When the he got back to me, it was more in defense than empathy. He tried erroneously to cast the blame on my supplied thermostat, which was not involved. Eventually, he sent someone who was able to fix the problem. Third, the sales agent didn’t provide the most critical info on the contract form, the AHRI number. This number is needed for MassSave loan application. He provided it later. So far, the Lennox hot water and boiler combi and my 3 google nest learning thermostats are working very well. Even with the stated issues, I would definitely recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for providing a good product at a fair price. This company has the potential to leap frog competition to become the leader provider in this industry. If only it implements hassle free procedures for its customers.

Immediately identified the issue and provided the part on site. Quick installation. Very professional from initial contact with customer service to technician.

The installers were great, removed the 70 year old crumbling boiler and all the old valves, expansion tanks etc. and installed the new boiler and hot water tank in just 2 days. They explained what each valve and control did after they finished the installation. No extra charge for removal of the old equipment and they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.
