The technician left the furnace in a nonworking condition following normal maintnenance. Repeated phone calls to have the technician return to fix the furnace were futile. We had no heat that night. The technician returned at 10 am the next morning and repaired the furnace. I requested a quote for the repair/replacement of the humidifier. A week went by with no followup. I called again and a week later, I still have not heard back from the them. I am quite disappointed with this contractor.

Quick and reasonably priced. I appreciated that the pricing was a fixed rate even though my service call did not require any additional parts and only took about 20 minutes to fix.

They arrived early 8:30 am and worked up till completion at 2pm. Very happy with their workmanship. Everything was clean and very neat.

I was pleasantly surprised with the help that I got from the technician in deciding what was the best solution for our rental property. We were able to get portable heaters for our tenants over the weekend and a new furnace installed on monday. Costs $284.00 for the service call and freon. Way too much money.

They performed all work on or ahead of schedule and at the quoted price. Pullled all of the right permits and used licensed professionals. The price is on the higher side of the quotes I got, but I would happily pay the premium for the level of service provided.

They showed up on time and did both furnaces in one day. Had a problem with the water heater installation, tank was damaged but replaced it without question.

Immediately after completion of the project I would have given only one star, as the company did not inform me of the $115 charge just to get an estimate (either when I scheduled the visit or when the technician first arrived). However, when I contacted the company to tell them about this, they refunded the charge without question. I still deduct one star for the hassle. The technician who fixed our furnace was not a people-person and seemed angry about life, but I don't hold that against him because he fixed the furnace on the first attempt and I wasn't paying him to be my friend.

The estimate that I received for my job (replacing a forced-air gas furnace) was fair. The guys arrived for the job on time. They worked neatly and left my home spotless when they were done. They took the time to show me everything that was done and to explain the changes that were made to my heating system. They were very professional. I was very pleased that the company also took care of processing a manufacturing rebate request on my behalf. The entire process was easy and stress-free. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

I put in the request and by the next day, they came over and put in the new furnace. I had heat in my home immediately. They were very professional . Every person I came in contact with, I am 100% happy. They cleaned up afterwards.
