They cut my lawn once but then never came back. It’s possible they didn’t want my business but we had no idea.

He showed up on time, was kind and courteous and didn't waste my time with a costly solution but instead tried to find a solution that would match my budget in the best way possible. After he fixed my drain a weight was lifted off my shoulder, I'm very thankful.

John was very punctual and provided great customer service. the problem he faced was that the main drain was blocked. he came with a with a power snake that was too small for the job. He did finally partially clear the drain but 3 days later the drain was again totally blocked. I was forced to call someone who came in with the right size snake that the job down. I paid twice for a job that should have been right the first time. my feeling is that the tools that he possesses are designed more for the smaller jobs. he was a nice guy who really meant well and takes his job seriously but, unfortunately for me, it was VERY COSTLY!

Took a while but when he located source of clog quickly removed same. Very pleasant fellow who kept to his quote despite spending extra time locating clog.

John explained at each step what he was doing and why. He also took the time to discuss what probably caused the drain to become clogged over time and how to prevent future problems which was much appreciated.
