The people at Midas were wonderful. We brought the car in on two separate occasions. On the first, our check engine light was on and the windshield wiper fluid sprayer was not working (the liquid would just leak all over the ground if you tried to spray your windshield). Upon speaking with us about the problem, the technician told us our engine light was probably an error and reset it for free. He also fixed the fluid sprayer and charged us and lt;$10. I couldn't believe how honest they were!
We have been back for regular oil changes since then. We have a VW and he charges a fair price for a full synthetic oil change with european filter.

This company gives excellent service.

Received a price on a muffler; the price was ridiculously high ~ $600 to replace the muffler! I told them that it was much too high and they became very upset that I objected to the high price.

I ended up buying one from Autozone for about $150 and installing it myself.

I was a little worried about the problem with my headlights not working. I had heard of this kind of thing costing hundreds and hundreds...if it was a short, it could take hours just to find the problem. This is perfect feeding ground for crooks: they can 'look' for hours to find something they really found in ten minutes, and you can't prove they are lying. Chris found the problem in no time and only charged one hour + the part, and must have rounded down on the labor as I know it took more than an hour.
