This went better than I had hoped. They did a great layout and then an excellent job installing all the components. They showed up on time and did not leave a mess. I have more than doubled my usable space in this closet. Worth every penny I paid.

Do have your plan in mind in advance of the first visit. It would be helpful to list what your needs are for closet/storage to maximize the design plan. It is helpful to look at the Closet Craft website to see the many options they offer.

This was a fantastic experience for us. Eshai (the owner Israel's son) came on time to take measurements and give us an estimate. He was very prompt with email communication. I showed him pictures of our current closets, which we wanted to recreate in our new home, and he pointed out areas where we could improve, issues I might have because of height (I'm short, my husband is tall...), etc. On installation day, Eshai and Israel showed up on time and did incredibly clean, accurate work. They even delivered an extra shelf and some pins two days later when I realized that I need one more and had sent a few pins flying while adjusting shelf heights. Their bid was the least expensive and the quality is superior to our closets at the previous home (which were done by California Closets). Everything is hefty and substantial.

We had no complaints - everything was great! The work was phenomenal and the price was very good.

Extremelly professional business. Eshai came and measured my closet spaces (2 different closets) and made suggestions how to use the spaces to their best potential. Chris (the installer) came and installed the closet systems in just a few hours. I can't say enough about these closet spaces now. I am thrilled that I west with Closetcraft. These folks were just the best value and really know how to put together an excellent functional design. Eshai called me back the next day and was helpful and accommodating. Appointment was set up within a reasonable time frame . Eshai, the owner?s son, was exactly on time for that first appointment despite the snowy weather. He looked at the space, asked questions on how we used it/wished to use it - and listened carefully to the answers. I think this is the key to why this business is so good, Eshai really takes the time to listen. His suggestions were excellent. He took measurements and made notes of the changes we were going to make. He had with him a book of examples of other closets they'd done, a list of references, and samples of materials. The proposed sketch and estimate was done within a few days. I must say the design was really well thought out and kept in mind my functional needs. The closet system proposal arrived as promised.Two weeks later, Israel the owner of the company came and installed the closet system despite the snowy day. During this process, I also got five additional quotes from various companies both on Angies List and Home Depot. But I went with this company not because they were the cheapest, but the design was well thought out and worked for my needs perfectly. I could not be happier with the result.

We moved into our house last summer and while there was plenty of closet space, it was disorganized with lots of wasted space. We had used Closetcraft several years ago with closets in a condo we owned and knew they would do a great job at a reasonable price. As soon we called, they set up an appointment and came to our home within a day or so. They came on time and worked on a customized plan for our closets including an odd sized closet under the staircase. Once we approved the plan, they scheduled an appointment to do the work in about two weeks. On the day of the install, they arrived on time and were done within about 4 hours. They took out all the old shelving, patched up holes, installed the new shelving and cleaned up each closet. We are very pleased and have lots more room for storing things now. We would have preferred that they took the old shelving away rather than leaving it for us to get rid of, but other than that the whole process went smoothly and the finished product is great.

I am very satisfied with overall performance of good people at ClosetCraft. They are professional, efficient and deliver exactly what promised. Can't be happier.

As our home was new construction, I checked three estimates on everything and the closet systems were no exception. Eshai came over at the appointed time, looked things over/took measurements, and talked to my husband and I about what we wanted in terms of closet systems and what he would recommend. He showed us some brochures and color samples of material used in making the systems. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Three days after coming out, he emailed me a price estimate (with Angie's List discount) and drawings of each closet system. He followed up with a polite message a week later as I was still getting my other estimates, and was again not pushy when I asked him to wait. We decided to go with ClosetCraft due to the good pricing, excellent designs that reflected our needs, and good interactions with Eshai. Later on we had some delays with our carpet installation, and Eshai was very patient with me in changing the dates of the closet systems install a few times. Finally his father Israel (it's a family business) came out to put in the closet systems. He did an excellent job and left no mess behind. I wasn't happy with the spacing of some of the shoe racks in my closet in the master bedroom, and Israel came out to adjust them a couple of times at no additional charge. Now, about 8 months after installation, we are happy to report that the systems are functioning beautifully and really keep things organized. We'll probably be looking to them to organize our garage next.

The initial meeting did not come across very professional (as compared to another provider I interviewed) which was a little off-putting, but then this company came in with a lower bid so I went with them. The installation was done by the owner, he was professional, personable and was happy for my business. I would happily recommend and support this local, family run business to anyone.

They responded to an email inquiry very quickly. We set up an appointment to discuss the project. They delivered an estimate almost immediately. The work was done beautifully and fast.

Eisha responded viaemail within a few hours and I visited their office to see the proposed design. We set a date and they called us when they had an earlier opening. The installers did a very good job and I am quite happywith the results.

Eshai was fantastic, he replied promptly to my request, was able to come over right away. I had 3 quotes and designs. Eshai had the best design and the best price with more accessories and in the color we wanted. I have owned California Closets before and I think that Closet Craft quality is better and the customer service was superior. Installation was very quick and easy - they did a great job. I will definitely use them again when we are ready to do more closets.

I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I got three different bids for this job and ClosetCraft was the best combination of design, product and value by far. Both the consultation and the installation were done with care and professionalism. They were responsive to my initial inquiry and prompt in answering my questions and request to tweak the design. Once the new walls were up, he came back to take final measurements and discuss the last "tweaks". Installation: we were given a choice of several days (and picked the soonest). The folks who came out to install were just as nice, as quick, and as competent as Eshai. They were done in just a couple of hours. We increased the square footage of the closet only by about 20%, but the system ClosetCraft installed increased our functional storage by about a factor of five (five times as much useful storage). It's an astounding difference. The original closet was a "walk-in" - with one long rod down the side and a couple of hooks sticking out of the other wall. One full shelf above the rod and another half-shelf above that, absolutely unreachable. The first unit they put in has more hanging space than the entire original closet. More reachable, useful shelf space than the entire original closet as well. The rear unit has more space than the side unit (hanging and shelving). Another side unit has more shelf space - and then there is a unit for deep storage of bulky items (pillows, comforters) behind the door. Everything is in plain sight - but it looks spacious and open, not cramped. We are both persnickety fussbudgets -- and we are extremely pleased and would recommend Closet Craft to anyone.

After they came out to measure the space, I had a drawing and estimate the next day. Their prices were more competitive than other local closet companies so I choose to use them. They were very busy but were able to accommodate and install my closet sooner since mine was considered a small job (I think my closet is pretty huge!). It was two weeks from the day they came out to measure till installation. I cannot speak about the quality of the product as I just had my closet installed so I do not know how well it will hold up. This is a local, family run business and they seem to do a good job. I would recommend them to friends.

We had an excellent experience with Closetcraft. Eshai came out, measured the areas, and presented options for solutions. We decided on a design, and I received the bid from Eshai the next day. We approved the quote, and Israel and Eshai accomodated us by working on Saturday to get our storage in place beofer the holiday, which we really appreciated. Lovely people, terrific work.
