It didn't go very well. He ended up charging me more than the price of the coupon for what he claimed was "extra" garbage. Then he said he would come back and pick up some planters on my deck and he never did.

There was a variety of boxes full of books, old magazines, and old children's toys; garbage bags full of "stuff"; old furniture; and, the usual items that had built up over the years. Matt and his associate were extremely polite, friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. There was great communication before and during the job. They made sure they know the parameters of the job, and made quick and efficient work of removing every item that needed to go. Their quick and efficient hard work rival anything accomplished on "Hoarders." I not only have recovered one whole room that I can now live in, I will be using Bayles Removal Unlimited again!

I had somewhere around four yards of lumber and debris that I pulled out of my basement after moving in to an older home. Mixed in was some demolition debris from a bathroom repair as well as odds and ends that we took from our old home "just in case."
In about fifteen minutes it was all gone and my garage had been swept clean (by them).
I would absolutely call them again if the need arose.

After a little back and forth with appointment times, they arrived and picked up everything I had ready to go. They also sawed up an old wooden swing in our yard to take it with them. With everything I had for them to take, the two guys were able to have it all packed up in about 30 mins.

Bayles was great. Very professional, respectful and easy to communicate with (text, phone, etc.). They did a great job cleaning up and had a very fair price (especially compared to renting a dumpster). Go with Bayles!

These guys are perfect for any junk removal you have from your home. They are professional and courteous and asked me if i had any additional trash to be removed. I will use them in the future when we buy new furniture for our home and dispose of all our old furniture. My Highest Recommendation to Bayles 5 STARS all the way.
