Rick responded to my call immediately and came the next morning. He fixed the AC, but was completely honest about how due to the age of my unit I would be looking at a replacement soon. He was courteous, listened carefully, and answered all my questions. I will definitely us him in the future.

He is extremely fair and reasonable in terms of pricing and gets the work done in a timely and professional manner. Our A/C went out during a heat wave and I contacted him after hours.
