Rick Maloney Heating & Cooling

This is the 2nd time I've had him back. This time for routine maintenance, first was for emergency. Would definitely recommend to others.

Rick Maloney was by far one of the best contractors I ever hired. My central ac stoped working during a heat wave in July. To make matters worse I was renting house out and had to have the unit fixed asap as the temp in house upstairs was close to 90 degree I called rick on a Friday night and he said he would be out the next day by 1pm Sure enough he showed up at 1pm pinpointed problem and had it back running half hour later. It was amazing he had the parts in his van to fix the unit. Rick was courteous, prompt and reasonably priced I highly recommend rick. He's the only ac contractor I need ever call again. A

I have a four year old Carrier A/C unit and called Mr. Maloney to inspect the system for summer usage. The system was fine, but needed refrigerant. Mr. Maloney added three pounds of refrigerant. The visit lasted thirty minutes and I was charged $275.00. I complained, and he reduced the fee by $50.00. I can't understand why Maloney would be on your recommended list of service providers.

Rick was professional throughout the appointment, and a pleasure to do business with. I've already referred him to my sister.

Rick was on time, honest and charged less than I expected. I also ended up hiring him to replace my gas furnace and the central A/C unit. His service was excellent, work was done right away and at a fair price. Very good workmanship.

Rick was very prompt in attending to my enquiry late in the day. He even came by after six pm to take a look at the ac unit so that he could probably fix it for that night. He spent more than an hour in the evening and ran some diagnostic tests. The unit was old and had to be replaced. He did this with his team in two days and the AC is up and running. He was very methodical, punctual and true to his words. It was a great experience having him take care of the central ac unit of the house.

Rick called me within half an hour of my inquiry. Came the next day. He answers his calls/messages promptly. He is very courteous, takes the time to answer my questions. Although, I am having other problems with my AC unit, he is working diligently to resolve these issues. I would definitely refer him to other people.

Rick called me withing 30 minutes of my request on Home Advisor. I was worried because it was the Friday of the 4th of July weekend and I was convinced no one would be available. He gave me an appointment for that day and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. A few days later our mini split in the garage stopped working so I hired him again to come back and fix that. Very pleased with his service and fair prices. Would definitely recommend!

Responded in a timely fashion. Provided options and long term plan. Fixed the problem right away.

He overcharging I'll never get him again he didn't do anything 256.00 dollars

I sent an email and Rick called me within an hour. Rick was on the phone with me I explained what was going on with my central air and he made an appointment with me for the next day. Within 15 minutes my ac was up and running. Friendly, professional, good follow up & let me know if anything went wrong just to give him a call and he'd be back at no charge. Great experience!

He takes the time to explain what is going on and also gives you alternatives.

Took the time to understand my specific requirements regarding unusually high airconditioner use and a higher SEER rated unit that offered a big advantage over a pure replacement.

Rick was able to make it out to my house the same day I called him which was extremely impressive as it is the busy season for AC repairs. My AC was not cooling and Rick spent the time to research and troubleshoot the TXV setup that I had. Sure enough he had the AC running and blowing ice cold shortly after. He only charged me for a service call which was great. Great guy and excellent work. Would recommend to anybody looking to hire him for their HVAC needs.
