Very thorough, efficient, professional analysis of the problem with my 20-year-old vacuum cleaner.  Pedro conducted tests on-the-spot the moment I walked in the door, and determined that the vacuum was effectively beyond repair and would not be cost-effective to fix.  He then demonstrated a replacement model [of the same brand], and it's features were so impressive that I bought it on the spot.  The price included not only a a trade-in discount, but also the discount featured in an on-going sale.  Not only that, but Pedro allowed me to exchange my old surplus vacuum bags free-of-charge for ones that would work with the new model.  Really superb service that perfetcly suited my needs and my budget.

I would never go back there. The salesperson told me my machine was "a piece of crap" (his words) and not worth fixing. My machine is only about 10 years old, and has been perfectly fine until this tension problem. I didn't appreciate having it referred to that way; even if it weren't a good machine, there ARE more tactful ways of communicating that, and other options to provide.

THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE NEXT DAY FOR A SOLID ESTIMATE, AND THEY INSTEAD CALLED ME SEVERAL HOURS EARLIER THAN THE TIME THEY TOLD ME THE ESTIMATE WOULD BE READY BY. THEN THEY SAID THE MACHINE WOULD TAKE A WEEK TO BE READY; IT WAS READY IN 5 DAYS. VERY NICE PEOPLE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MACHINES. AND SO NICE TO HAVE NICE PEOPLE DO A GOOD JOB, EARLY, FOR LESS MONEY THAN EXPECTED.

THE PARKING LOT RIGHT BEHIND THE SHOP GETS FILLED UP, BUT THERE'S ANOTHER CLOSE ONE JUST DOWN THAT SAME SIDE STREET. LET THEM KNOW IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE CARRYING YOUR MACHINE INTO THE STORE AND THEY'LL HELP YOU WITH THAT.
