Chris is very responsive and professional, always on time and return calls quickly . We got a very reasonable estimate. Entire job was done in one Saturday from 9AM to 5PM. Five people team worked on my project. We were really impressed with the speed and quality of the job. I would highly recommend this company.

They're a good company. They did my neighbor's fence that's why I called them because of quality work. I probably will not use them because I just don't think that the price is worth it. The quoting process was excellent. The guy showed up on time when he said and he gave me written estimate right on the spot.

We got several quotes for a fence. From the start, Chris was very responsive and quick. The quote provided was easily $1000 less than another company. He told us it would be a 5 week wait for the work to get materials for the job. This was pretty standard. After 4 weeks, he called on a Thursday to ask if they could do the work on that Sunday. We agreed and 3 men came out promptly at 9 and the fence was up by 5. They were short two slats but came out the next day to finish the job and had the post hole prepped and ready. During the job, my neighbors came out and approached them about the property line. They were very professional and we handled the situation. I would highly recommend these hard working, professionals to give you a great fence at a fantastic value.

They are always happy to work with us, to provide us economical and possible solutions. Chris is obviously knowledgeable but he also has the problem solved, like we were fencing in the front area of our yard and it was like a 5,000 square foot base that we did not want to fully fence in, we wanted to let our dogs out basically so he helped with multiple entrances. He kind of helped us troubleshoot, and we really appreciated that. You never get the feeling that he is trying to make you spend more than you need to spend. From the other work that we've had done in the past, they were quick, efficient, and always on time. Even though there's a lead time, he will get the job done as soon as he can. We've had jobs done sooner than expected. We've been really happy with them.

Very pleased with the ending product and service. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes receives for same work and Chris was great to deal with. It took some time to before the installation took place, but that was discussed up front and status udpates were provided thoughout the wait. Understandable considering how busy they are this time of year.

I worked with Chris, and he was very responsive from the beginning, starting from the quote, to setting up the installation, and making a couple of changes along the way. He was very professional, and his crew was very good about working around our schedule, and making a few changes to the fence as the project progressed. The pricing was also reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we received. I would definitely recommend them.

Very clean job. I was told the wait time is currently 4-5 weeks for fence installation, but they will try to squeeze me in if anything shifts in the schedule. Received a call after two weeks that they can come and install so we were very happy for the early installation date. The two guys that came were very friendly and did not waste any time, they worked through out the day and were able to finish shortly after noon time, which was nice because they came on Sun and we had the yard for the rest of the day. We compared 2-3 contractors and Fensu came with the best price and timeline. They were also very responsive which is not very common among contractors. Overall we are very happy with this choice.

Chris was responsible and professional we had to reschedule one time due to rain. He said it will take 2 days but his crew took 1 whole day, amazing not even a lunch break. Very hard working crew. Polite and were able to work with our requests. Highly recommended. Chris called and came at the end of the day to inspect the installation. Two thumbs up.

Everything goes really well. I run a day care service & it's always plowed for when the parents get here. It's safe, it's always down to the pavement or as close to it as possible.

Chris was great to work with. We first had him out for an estimate a year ago (he was prompt in scheduling, attending, and following up on the estimate), then we postponed the project while we figured out other landscaping plans and attained necessary approval from the town conservation commission. We corresponded by email several times to explore difference fencing styles and options. Once we finally decided and confirmed the contract, things went pretty quickly. We had to wait for a break in the winter weather, and then the job was completed in two days. The crew was prompt and courteous, and the finished work looks great.

They were very responsive from first contact through scheduling and providing a quote through scheduling and completing the job. In addition they came back to adjust the gates within a day of my request after several months and at no charge.

Chris came originally to view the job we had in mind. He arrived on time on a Saturday morning, gave us advice on our different options and gave us a written estimate on the spot. When we told him we weren't sure exactly when we could afford to have him do the work, he told us that the estimate he gave us would not change, regardless of when the work was carried out. It was several months before we contacted Chris again, and true to his word he told us the price would not change and after we paying 50% of the total for purchasing the materials, he said it would be done in approx 3 weeks. It took just over 2 weeks before Chris phoned to arrange the day for them to start. It took just under 2 days to complete the job, and the crew were punctual, helpful and cleaned up everything before leaving both days. I would recommend Fensu to anyone.

Chris at FENSU was great to work with - perhaps the best communication of any contractor we've ever worked with. He was prompt with his appointment for the original estimate. Once we booked the job and decided on the fencing we wanted, he ordered the materials to coincide with a driveway/landscaping project we were having done by a separate contractor. He coordinated with the contractor to get the fence put in and to make sure the installation plans would work with the new steps/driveway. On the day of of the job his crew arrived on time, go the job done and cleaned up really well. We would highly recommend Chris and FENSU!

Called Fensu to come give an estimate and Chris came within a day or two (on the date he said he would). We walked the property together and discussed what my husband and I wanted done (to keep people from constantly cutting across our corner lot after we spent lots of money to make it a nice lawn again), and we also fenced in a space outside our kitchen door (previously 'fenced' with a series of plastic puppy pen panels) with the same black chain link used for the yard for our dogs' 'bathroom'. We chose 4' tall fencing for the yard and 3' fencing for the dog pen. Chris was very professional and helpful. He pointed out areas that might be a problem and suggested better alternatives, made sure he knew exactly what we wanted (like gates, where to put them, and which way we wanted them to open); he suggested using black chain link fencing (we didn't want wood) as it would blend into the landscape -- he was right! He said it would take about 3 weeks to get the materials and also a spot on the schedule. I contacted him to let him know my own schedule had changed and would appreciate if he could possibly get to us a day earlier than the scheduled date, and he was actually able to do us a week earlier! His crew of two showed up on Saturday (10/12) to set the posts, and walked the lot with me to be sure we all understood what would be done. I discovered there might be some setback issues (due to the town saying they intend to install sidewalks...but none have been installed in all the decades since), so the crew did the things they could until I found the answers. They were always patient and friendly, and always kept working while waiting. Despite the curve ball of having to move the fence back on one side, they cheerfully moved their markers and two posts and continued on with the post setting. On Monday (10/14), Chris and another worker showed up to "dress the fence" (learned a new term!). Again, we walked the property to be sure we all were on the same page. When we discovered that our neighbor decided that he would really prefer we attach to their fence at another location, Chris took it in stride and moved the connection post. All in all, it was about a day and a half to two day job. Our original estimate had included more fence; when we thought we were going to connect at a lower location on our neighbor's fence, it reduced the estimate. Once we discovered we needed to make some adjustments that would increase our fence length again, Chris said that he would accept his first estimate price to cover the extra fence we now needed and the bit of extra work his crew had to go through to keep us in compliance with a 'maybe' sidewalk someday and also keep our neighbors happy as they granted us a favor. We have been extremely pleased with the fences they installed and the service we received!!! We installed one gate in the yard fence, and one gate in the dogs' fence. Our yard service people can access the lower yard without any problem, and we can now access our kitchen door from the driveway (or vice versa) without having to step over a flimsy plastic mishmash, and both are very attractive and subtle. Everyone I was in contact with through the office email, by phone, or in person was just the very best! Prompt responses, clean and professional, very reliable and knowledgeable. And there was an Angie's List coupon to go with it!

This was a great experience. Chris walked me through the entire process and helped us in choosing the right fence for our needs. The crew was punctual and very professional. They answered all of our questions and even made a couple of last minute modifications. I would highly recommend these guys for your next fence project!

They showed up when they said they would. we went over questions they raised about placing of the fence in spots. they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves each day. weeks later a post for a gate warped causing the gate to stick badly. I called about this and within 2 days they were there replacing the post.
