Fensu's service was great- they promptly returned our request for a quote and a member of the team came to our house that weekend to take measurements and provide a quote. Fensu needed about a 4 week lead-time to do the job, but then called when they had a cancellation and got the job done within 2 weeks of the initial quote. The fence looks great- we're very happy with the work done. The installers were both great guys- their work was clean and tidy and they got the entire job done in one day. We would definitely use them again.

Daniele arrived promptly to look at what I wanted done, take measurements, and give me an estimate. We got our signals crossed about the style of fence I wanted, and then about the length of the replacement fence, so the two estimates had to be redone, which she did promptly. She was patient and polite with this and with my delays in making up my mind about details. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterward. Most of all, they got the old fence down and the new one up despite having to work almost on top of a fenced compost bin and without damaging my plantings close to the fence or my neighbor's, which ran along the other side of the fence right up next to it. The fence is beautiful. I am pleased and my neighbor is thrilled.

Installed fence over a weekend. Workers arrived on time (first thing in the morning) and were very professional. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the job. Job was completed as described and looks fantastic! We are very happy with the quality of the work and the overall process.

It went very well and I recommend Chris and Fensu. Chris communicated well and quickly by email and followed through on everything as he promised. The fence was installed very well and securely. The estimates we received from other contractors were similar, but the work done by Fensu was superior so I would use Fensu again for any fencing needs.

Chris came out to provide an estimate to fence in my backyard, approximately 350 linear feet. He was very responsive and actually was able to come out earlier than planned. His crew arrived on time and installed the fencing in 2 days. There was a back order on the driveway gate, but Chris kept me up to date on the progress and then came by to install it. There was also a back order on the gate post toppers, but Chris came by on a Sunday to install those when they were back in stock. Chris was very prompt, courteous, and kept us up to date with the progress of getting the back ordered pieces installed. Chris insisted that the final payment not be made until the last of the work completed ... wow! I was doing an entire home renovation and needed the fence to keep my yellow lab from escaping - Chris was extremely helpful in getting the fence installed as soon as possible. I would definitely hire Fensu again and have recommended him to my family and friends.

I was completely pleased with every aspect of this project, from Chris's first visit to measure and give an estimate through the installation. Chris was helpful in reviewing the advantages of the different materials and styles. Afterwards, he scheduled my job at the earliest possible time and sent a very efficient and skilled crew of 2 men, who did a complex installation incorporating a tree and a retaining wall. The result is beautiful, and has enhanced the appearance of my back yard.

They were awesome. Everything was done beautifully and both areas were very clear for my daycare parents to pick up their kids.

They were very speedy in terms of coming out and giving us a quote. We ended up not using them because they were not the cheapest. They came over within 2 days of our reaching out to them. We emailed them and they gave us a call the next day to set up the appointment to come out the following day. They were good. We wanted a quote for exact replacement. They were fast and professional.

I got 4 estimates and chose Fensu on the basis of price. We waited until the snow melted. They came to do the work on the day agreed upon. The fence was installed that day and looks terrific.

They are a good company and are reasonably priced. They came fairly fast and did the job.

Our contact person, Chris, was very pleasant and professional. The crew arrived at the exact time they were scheduled and worked straight through for 7 hours. They were very cooperative, professional and took great care with all their work. I was very impressed with the skill that the crew showed in dealing with getting the fence posts set in the ground as they had to deal with previous fence cement footings. They cleaned up completely at the end of the job and the fence looks great. We are very pleased.

Chris came to my home and measured the site and we discussed the price, time frame needed for installation and the variables regarding my selection.

They were there on time and cleaned up after themselves.

My yard is not even at all and they did a great job lining the fence up so it looks straight and perfect. The old fence was removed and they took care of the disposal also. On top of that they completed everything in 2 days.

They were prompt in coming out to give an estimate and were helpful in sending additional pictures of their work. Their prices were a bit higher than some other vendors we were considering but we liked Fensu better.

They are great. It came out really well. Chris was really easy to work with.

I am a single mother with a disc problem in my neck and a bad back. I decided to bite the bullet and hire a snow removal company for the first time. My front yard is very small and consists of a semi-circular driveway with a bed of bushes on the inside of the semi-circle (adjacent to the street). The driveway comes right up to the front steps, which are made of granite. The driveway also continues down the left side of my house. I hired Fensu to plow the semi-circle part of my driveway. At their instructions, I parked my car on the left side of my house on another part of the driveway. During the blizzard, they came to plow the semi-circle. I watched them do it, as did several of my neighbors. During the process, they hit my front steps at least three times with the front of the snow plow. They also hit my bushes and the brick pavers that lined my bushes. When they were done with the snow removal, my front steps were covered in snow, so that I had to shovel the front steps. If that was the only problem, I would not have complained. The worse part was that they pushed the snow from the semi-circle into a huge pile in front of my car so that my car was "snowed in" in my own driveway. A neighbor of mine had to help me shovel my car out of the snow for an hour. I complained to them about their service and refused to pay. They did accept my complaint, but then "fired" me as a client. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else either.

Looks fine. Quick. Easy to deal with. Less expensive then other estimate. Called Chris late last week for an estimate. He came over and then sent estimate that evening via email. Said he could do it within a week but then called me two days later and said they could come that day if OK with me. Two of his people came and took about an hour to replace the appropriate fencing. Looks great. They were careful to keep the fence very low to ground even though surface not level. FYI - I originally contacted Reliable Fence (also on Angie's List) since they installed the fence recently. However, they wanted significantly more money ($520 vs $300) even though I was an existing customer. Absolutely would use them again.

Chris came out and gave us an estimate promptly after we made the request. He ordered the materials after we gave him a 50% deposit. Once he received the materials (approximately 10 days), he was able to have the work done within 3 days. They were punctual, tidy and worked quickly and professionally. We would use them again.

These folks are terrific! Called for an estimate on the Saturday after the storm. A representative stopped by THAT DAY to check it out and gave me a verbal estimate. I contacted them after having received a number of estimates and gave them the go-ahead. The following Friday the work was done and thay did a very good job. Fence damage is all repaired. I would definately use them again.

His quote ended up fitting our budget perfectly. 3 Fensu employees came to my house to install the fence on a really hot sunday and did it all in one day (vs the couple of days originally discussed).
