GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT! MICHAEL AND HIS STAFF RESPONDED QUICKLY. ON SITE CONSULTATION WAS ON TARGET, CREATIVE, REALISTIC AND RESPONSIVE. INSTALLATION WAS QUICK, NEAT AND ACCURATE. THE PRODUCTS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. GREAT JOB. I'LL CERTAINLY CALL THEM THE NEXT TIME I NEED WINDOW TREATMENTS.

THE OWNER, MICHAEL, CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME FOR THE CONSULTATION. MICHAEL WAS GREAT ! HE HAD LOTS OF WONDERFUL IDEAS. I HAD BEEN TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING FOR THESE ROOMS FOR OVER A YEAR! THE INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY ALSO. THEY WERE OUT TWICE FOR THE DIFFERENT ROOMS. TWO DIFFERENT INSTALLERS CAME OUT, BOTH WERE PLEASANT, POLITE AND ON TIME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR ALL MY DECORATING NEEDS!

AFTER ABOUT A WEEK A PULL STRING BROKE. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND DETERMINED THAT MY CAT HAD CHEWED THROUGH IT. THEY REPLACED IT ANYWAY. THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND HAD GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS. INSTALLATION WAS DONE EXACTLY WHEN PROMISED. PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WORTH IT FOR LEVEL OF SERVICE. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TO MEASURE AND TO INSTALL THE WINDOW TREATMENTS. IN ALL OUR DEALINGS, THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THE ORDERED TREATMENTS CAME IN SOONER THAN I EXPECTED. OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
