"Sue had all the items required for the installation, which made installation more efficient. There was a challenge of wall mounting a single curio cabinet which was actually made for a combination unit. Prior to install I purchased various method of installation hangers, as I was not sure which would work the best. This was I was able to select the best method. Install was perfect."
"The repairs I made helped Elaine navigate safely up and down the basement stairs without the fear of falling. This was very satisfying to know it will help her greatly."
"The homeowner is a great customer to work for. After I started the project, I reevaluated the situation. I was able to modify my original plan to solve his issue saving time and therefore customer money. I would definitely work for him in the future."
"This was the first time I performed work for this customer. Repairing the exterior stairway was challenging due to the condition and location. I look forward to working with her in the future."
"Thank you very much. I really enjoyed working on multiple projects for you. Simons Brothers offed all services to complete the projects. This customer had major flooding issues in a ranch house. We designed and built an exterior underground drain system around the house and new gutters feeding a central underground leaching vessel, regraded, covered with soil, and seeded. After that sections of the interior rooms were gutted, new windows, insulation, plaster, paint, trim, ect. Then made a plumbing repair, slider repair, smoke detectors. I would always help Jean if she has any issues or general questions for me in the future. Great customer!!"
"Kate is a very efficient person and we worked well together. After Kate showed me the scope of work, I was able to figure out all the details of locations. All items had different mounting heights. Kate and I were able to meet in a very short time after the initial phone discussion, then scheduled the work for the next day. I would do more work for Kate in the future."
"Thank you for your feedback. I am glad I was able to repair the exterior trim issue and identify/repair and replace the rotted sheathing before it became a major issue for you."
"Jennifer is a great person and customer. After discussing the insurance company demand letter, I provided some alternate options by thinking out side of the box a little.By doing this we were able to reduce the scope and the cost while providing a workable solution. The project came out great and I was able to complete the project within her time frame. I was excited to hear that the Jennifer's insurance continued her coverage. While I was working at the house, I also provided some ideas on other projects she was thinking about in the future. I would defiantly work with with her again."
"This project required lots of planning and design. We worked together very well to insure the project continued on schedule. The customer provided appliances, cabinets, and countertop and I provided all other materials and subcontractors as required to complete the project on time. This was the first time they were involved in such a large remodel project. We discussed every detail as the project progress. The project came out great and they gained an education on construction. I would help them with more projects in the future."
"Ashley is one of my favorite customers. We work very well together to produce an exceptional high quality project. I enjoyed working with Ashley on the bathroom remodel. I am planning to do more work with her in the near future."
"Thank you very much for your comments. I enjoyed this project. The window replacement was not a simple one. I had to think out of the box to located the correct windows. The property is a condo with 1970 or earlier vintage windows. The style grids are not available any longer. After researching multiple sources of windows we were able to come as close as possible to the match. I installed modern high performance windows that meet the latest energy specifications. Installation had some little quirks as well. The openings were not square. I had to remove some of the framing and make special cuts to allow correct size an mounting. I was able to do this carefully with put damaging the wall plaster or tile. I was very proud of the finished product. Kate was wonderful to work with and I would work with her in the future."
"Thank you for your kind feedback. I enjoyed working with Kieth. Needed to plan this job out to satisfy multiple issues simultaneously. The repairs made are stronger then the original as built, and will last many many years. As Keith was not present during most of the time, I thought it was important to update him with pics and detail comments along the way as the job progressed. I would work with Keith again for sure."
"Thank you. Vinyl siding repairs can be a little tricky, as this one was. Repairs were made to outside corners and close to the incoming power lines."
"Thank you very much. Jen is a great customer. She and I worked together to make sure the repair was exactly how she wanted it, especially inside the house. She wanted the repair not to be seen in the finished ceiling. So that's what I did. The inspector also liked it. I also added additional water proofing provisions to ensure this issue will never arise again."
"This is one of the oldest houses in Walpole. I had to repair using some "Old Time" workmanship to match the time frame of the house so it kept the vintage look. Came out great, took lots of pics."
"I enjoyed working with Gail. When I arrived, showed me the fogged up double glaze window located in the front entry door, and informed me that a previous contractor said the failing glass could not be repaired only replaced, then provided a very expensive estimate for the new door. Using my experience and troubleshooting skills, I was able to locate a perfect fit and function replaceable double glaze window unit complete with interior and exterior matching molding. We came up with a plan to make the repair. I also helped with a high humidity basement resolution."
"Pu and his wife was extremely nice to me. During a party, Pu gave fed me homemade foods. Pu selected a high quality screened in porch system that will last for years, there is always a premium for the cost of the materials. I would do business with him again."
