Marco came to do an estimate very quickly and in a time that worked for my schedule. He was very professional, prompt and listened to exactly what we needed done. He took good notes so I never had to retell measurements ,etc. They removed old insulation from a leak in our attic and replaced it in a quick, careful, and efficient manner. All workers were professional, respectful of me and my house, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left, leaving absolutely no trace of their work. We were so pleased we also had them perform a plastering job in our basement which was perfectly executed. All my interactions with Marco and the company were highly professional and their communication was timely and great- I didn’t have to chase them for times when they would arrive, information about the job,etc., which I normally have to do with contractors. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

There was a little confusion at first with how long we had to be out of the house after the foam was installed, but we rescheduled and they did an amazing job. I liked them so much that I hired them to plaster and Sheetrock my basement, and then paint. I am a critical person....few measure up or miss something I want them to do, but not Marco and Mucio. They caught everything and were meticulous. It was so nice to start with a contractor and stay with them. They made it easy because they were really good. Communication was good.... the cleaned up when they left and addressed any issues or problems. And they were always appreciative for the business...which is a small thing...but important.

Bernert & DeMelo did come back to replace my attic opening, but he did not refund the over charges on the signed contract.

Marco came out immediately , then sent me a quote later the same day. His crew showed up as promised, insulated my crawl space and took away all the debris as promised. I would hire him again.

Pleasant experience with Marco and Mucio. Arrived early and clean up every day. Someday I wish they can take a break just come in late. Excellent communication. Responded almost instantly every single time I sent an E-mail or text. Explained the process well. Most important of all. Excellent workmanship. A couple of adivces not related to this company. a) If using closed cell spray foam, expect 4 to 6 days work. I thought the spray is 1 day which was a mistake (open cell foam is 1-day job, closed cell foam is multiple days job) b) the cost is a lot more than what homeadvisor article stated.

Very professional and fast installation. They worked hard and cleaned up every piece of material. Price was right in line with other contractors.

they did a great job with the insulation and fast! However I did ask for wall board installed just muddying and taping. Also some carpentry (installing closet doors and trim work). They said they only offer stucco or textured walls no smooth walls. So now I'm still looking to complete my project.

Polite and pleasant. This Company takes care of the large, and not so large jobs. They take on more difficult jobs in order to help their customer, not like other contractors that were listed as referrals. Good work!

They were very responsive and prompt which can be rare with contractors. They were a little more expensive than I was expecting based on previous quotes but in the end it was worth it.

I hired them to insulate my house earlier and had such a good experience with them that I hired them again to install support beams in my basement (100 year old house). They arrived when they said they would, did a great job, and then cleaned up after themselves leaving the basement clean -- they cut out holes in the concrete foundation, installed footings, and then installed support beams. I would hire them again for construction/insulation projects.
