Sleep Pro's Therapy

The pillows were the worst pillows we ever bought, I bought one for me and one for my mom. The foam would squeeze out from under your head and by the middle of the nite, my head would be on the mattress. We both tried turning the pillows over and turning them 180 degrees to no avail. Their return policy is 3 days which is not enough time given the fact we got home late that nite, then the next nite we let the pillows air out as instructed, then tried everything we could to make them work. Finally after two weeks and having to find the receipt, I called four times in a week and a half. They finally returned my call stating their return/ exchange policy is only three days and we were SOS. They did not care that I thought the product was defective as the foam would squeeze out from under your head. I had my doubts about buying from a company that does not have a store and does all of its business on-line or at shows. I was proven right. Their was absolutely no warranty and you bought the pillows at your own risk. I spent $106 which in this economy is alot of money only to have to throw the pillows out as the were good for absolutely nothing!  AVOID THIS COMPANY!
