Luis M. came to fix a furnace humidifier. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment. He was able to quickly determine the issue and repair the underlying problem. Very pleased with his service and time he spent to explain the issues and operation of the unit.

On 2/5/23 Craig came out on a very hectic weekend with a very long day of previous visits for all sorts of issues with water breaks after a very cold spell! He arrived very energetic and determined to find the issue with our dishwasher which was leaking terribly and was creating quite a mystery as to the cause. Craig was able to locate a crack in one of the parts and give us a photo with diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and explained everything so that we could understand the issue! 128 always comes through for us and we always call them for any issuesâ ¦plumbing, heating/cooling, or electrical. We really appreciated Craig showing up so quickly - and on a Sunday. He absolutely deserves a huge congrats for a job well done!

Outrageously expensive. Replaced a Garbage disposal, kitchen faucet which was supplied, and a shower valve replacement. $4725.00 If you calculate the labor rates they are over $500.00 an hour. Unfortunately, we had them replace the furnace which is a $12,000 job which we confirmed later. Their price: $20,000. Plus they used a Lochinvar Unit which we now understand has had some issues. Navien, Bosch, Viessman, or Burnham would have been a better option. Proceed with caution and get multiple quotes. We are hoping the work was done properly and the equipment that was installed is top quality.

I had an issue with 1 of the zones in my system and Mike from this firm provided very knowledgeable service to troubleshoot and find the blown circuit board in a complex HVAC system. Service was always provided with a professional yet easy-going way. I would hire them again.

I recently had an HVAC "Efficient Mitsubishi Ductless Solution" installed in my home. It was replacing the window A\C units and electric baseboard heating systems. From start to finish everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient. I kept informed throughout the entire process thus no surprises!! My Service Pro was Craig and I would highly recommend him and his team. The office staff got everything started on the correct foot and made it easy. They also got me through the MAHT Loan Program offered by MassSave. In all knowledgeable, professional, on-time, successful project and look forward to any other projects I have that can use their talents.

These guys are running a racket. They won't give you a quote, or even an hourly rate over the phone. Then when they arrived, they quoted $1,000 for a faucet and valve replacement. We paid them their $50 fee, and told them to get lost. They're obviously trying to take advantage of people. Another plumber ended up doing a great job for less than a third of that price, parts included. I will never call these guys again. What a waste of time and money. Don't even bother calling.

This company is very expensive. They charged $595 to install the toilet that I purchased and it only took 30 minutes to install. They also insisted on replacing my toilet water shutoff valve for $273 instead of just replacing the washer on a perfectly good valve.

$1.500 for fixing a double sink reinstaling the sink pipes .the work was good but really $1.500 for a couple hours of work.I was really shocked that it was sooo expensive.no I will not hire them again

They seem confused. They have this one price structure they call an estimate which is not an estimate at all. They left a mess, overcharged, and the plumber was extremely inflexible. I complained and the management helped but their price was still outrageous. They do not break their price down. Not good.

Everything about this company was very professional--the person I spoke to over the phone was very polite and they sent a technician the same day. The technician arrived on time and was professional and polite. He answered all my questions and did not do any work without explaining it and asking for authorization. I certainly think the work was done well and I think the 128 technician paid attention to small details that others would have overlooked. Having said all that, it is a little hard for me to justify spending $900 for less than 2 hours of work to replace the boiler relief valve and perform the subsequent, necessary purge.
