I hired Lima's to clean my whole house plus laundry. After cleaning the down stairs area which only took three hours I paid her half of what I had owed her. I then found that she had put all the laundry together into one wash then dry. Meaning all whites, darks and others were all thrown together. Then put on high heat to dry. This meant three sweaters and two pairs of pants shrunk and aren't wearable. Costing over $100. Lima's said they would refund $100.00 to me for the damage. I did not have Lima's clean for me anymore.

"So sorry to hear about your unsatisfaction with my service, and I am so sorry to correct you but we stayed for 4 hrs (2 people working) and that was very hard work, I've never had a house as challenging as yours. Thats why I let you go to hunt for someone else, and about the laundry I did not even try to separate them because a lot of them had dog poop and pee and I found most of them in the back of the washer on the floor. And it was hard to clean while having all 4 dogs surrounding me all the time and one peeing on the floor right after I had just cleaned it, over all I did every thing for free because I returned your money and paid for the laundry too, plus I had to pay for the girl who work with me."
