I had heard about Paul's work from a friend in Hingham.  After receiving mixed messages about my furnace from my old plumbing and heating company I called Paul Walsh for a second opinion.  He confirmed that I needed a new furnace but disagreed that I should simply replace the 20 yr old furnance with the same brand and model.  Surely, things have changed in the last 20 yrs.  He recommended an Energy Efficient York and came 3 work days later to install it.  He was on time, very friendly and honest.  He explained to me how larger companies inflate their prices and gave me a little "behind the scene" information about HVAC companies. I saved at least $2,000 by going with Paul and after doing some research I know I got a much better furnace installed.
It took him only one full day to take out the old one and replace it with a new one.  He also replaced a hose on our other furnace that the previous company told us they had fixed but was still leaking into our crawl space.  
The York is slightly louder than my old furance but after a few day I hardly notice the difference.  
I highly recommend Paul.  I will not be going back to my old company.
