Ron is extremely professional and reliable.
He showed up every day like clockwork and worked all day like I was his only client. He is meticulous, thorough, capable and knowledgeable and punctual. He told me in advance if he wasn't coming the next day (and that wasn't very often).
He works by himself so he has total quality control and has pride of good workmanship. The job turned out to be much more involved and complicated than I ever dreamed and took longer than I thought it would (I know nothing about remodeling) but he pretty much rebuilt the whole porch that had been neglected for many years.
He was careful to clean up the work site at the end of each day to minimize inconvenience for me.
He gave me an estimate in the beginning that he stayed within. As I added something new (lights, fan) he gave me an updated estimate in writing and never gave me an unexpected bill. For all the work and time he put in I felt he earned every penny he was paid.
I would highly recommend him without reservation.
I already have him on track for a remodel in my bathroom.
